国官方的《中国日报》(China Daily)周五报导，北京房地产价格正在以难以维系的速
度攀升，单是过去一周北京市中心房价就暴涨了6.5%。
该报援引房产中介公司链家地产的数据报导称，北京一些街区的住房需求已经达到了供
应量的四倍。
据报导，链家地产一位中介表示，过去我们说的是房价每月涨幅，但最近房价是每天都
在变化。
香港上市公司SOHO中国等开发商也对房价的迅猛上涨表示了担忧。
该报导援引SOHO中国创始人兼首席执行长潘石屹说，竞标者已经失去理性。北京地产市
场肯定存在泡沫。
报导称，中国其他主要城市也出现了类似现象，行业领袖现在担心住房市场在未来某个

昨天刚刚加的 User Preference 功能。
今天发出的 email 里面应该有个 preference / customize link，可以直接选自己喜欢的 Category 定制 email 了。
现在已经有收集了超过 200 个 Daily Deals 的网站。
Groupon、LivingSocial 是已经 established 的网站，在上面买东西应该不会有问题。其它一些中小网站也有一些好的，例如：Tipper、Yelp、OpenTable 等等。不过也有一些网站可能会是鱼龙混杂。

400mg/5ml, 7ml twice daily， 我当时一看，就觉得怎么跟成人的差不多，成人的一
般就是500 mg, 每天三次。拿药的时候特地问药剂师，人家说可以，也就不多问了。吃
了大概8天后，小孩全身红疹，医生又说是过敏。停药。这几天，小孩又病了，医生开
了另外的抗生素，自己网上查dose,发觉以前那个阿莫西林，医生开的是过量的，难怪
出诊子。
我想着就心疼，问问大家，当时吃的这个amoxicilin 400mg/5ml, 7ml twice daily 是
不是吃多了，除了出疹子，还会有什么别的副作用之类的？谢了 |

，疆独，台独，等等。对付的手段其实一样，因为他们采取的手法也是如此。
跟美国人的沟通交流游说，要采取横向比较。否则在他们不了解，无法理解我们的历史

如 LivingSocial 现在就做的非常不错。
我比较喜欢找这些 Daily Deals，但又没时间每天去看，就想把他们爬到一起了。
