22000都是在同一家商店买礼品卡，结果刷了2200不让我刷了，打电话去给了我一个很

。 没办法给我解， 让我等24小时再刷。
这是什么情况？

是希望这里接近普通的preschoold一些。给娃找学校还真不是个简单活啊。

按照email上说的在11/30号以前用掉了...可是到现在都没收到credit rebate
记得去年几天就显示在bank statement上了..
