我似乎又回到了起点， 需要寻找能贷款的银行，还要找房子。
接连在n多大银行碰壁后， 我有点灰心。 唯一的好消息是以前学校的credit union说
他们可以贷款给J1,F1买房子， 但是只能是当地的房子。 所以我想现在当地的一些小
银行或credit union可能也可以贷款。
另外我的代理V介绍了一个broker Dan给我, Dan拿了我的资料帮忙找贷款去了， 于是
我自己就先放下了这回事，而是专看非常便宜的，能直接用cash买的房子。
以前看到的6万的那种小房子再没有出现，几乎所有的便宜房子都是在很不安全的区域
，我不予考虑。 看来这种房子真是可遇而不可求啊。
等了n久后， 终于看到一个foreclosure的房子， 开价5万多， 让人难以置信的便宜。
紧挨着一个大学， 夹在两校区中间，不怎么适合自家居住（因为门口学生过往很多，
有点吵），但是非常适合出租。
我抱着侥幸的心理去看了， 是个八几年的ranch房子， 大约1200 sqft, 资料上显示是
3 bed, 1 bath, 实际上却有2个bathroom。 在一楼转了圈没发现什么大问题， 下到地

Friends很有名，不亚于上周六的blind boys of alabama。她带孩子专门去看过他们的
演出，很好看，要60美元一张门票，这里全免费，她高兴坏了。我看了看介绍，似乎是
children's music居多，家里有小孩的不要错过。住得近的同学没事也可以去看看，草
地音乐会气氛很好，又唱又跳，观众都很参与，很受感染。

Actually, many Korean weiqi players use this system when they gamble. 1
point equal to $10. I watched one guy lose $300 in one night (3 games).
For badminton, if I play with Lin Dan, I will probably get 1 point in a game

跟lp普及，聊起QB物以类聚，人以群分。跟大家分享，同求指教。
第一群，也是第一档，四大HOFer，菜鼻猪龙。ring也有，常规赛mvp也有（猪是例外，
但是N次前三，多次第二，而且是差不多可以并列第一的第二，算成mvp也没有问题）。
总之，无需再证明什么，HOF没跑。剩下的就是如何reinforce legacy。
第二群，小白菜，大本，伊力特。有运气也有心脏。有ring。但是从未常规赛打出mvp
水准。问题，这三人有无可能混进hof？多半没戏，但是有无可能？
第三群，麻软，小河，肉末，微克，杰小卡，四大夫，纱布。常规赛有过出色数据跟战
绩，也混了大合同，也算是franchise qb。但是从未季后赛证明自己。也老大不小了，
基本不可能撞上狗屎运挤入第二群。
第四群，四大新人，运气，rw，ck，rg3。勉强可以加进牛顿。还年轻，一起都早。

I think 小儿子 has to be more than 9 professional dan. Like 10 or 11
professional dan.
Seriously, you think a 9 dan pro can beat (with 6 handicap) someone who also
give 6 handicap to amertuer 4dan?
I don't think that is possible, maybe go seigen can do that. |

实况那天，插播了很少一段，后来放的，比较全。 因为张是中国人，代表巨大的市场
潜力。
张的打法，完全美国化／巴西化了，我看不到任何中国功夫。其实mma也只有少数几个
练过功夫，比如英国的dan hardy，估计那个时候年轻，被忽悠了。dan 上次和GSP 比
赛，我也看不到dan有任何中国功夫。
张练的巴西柔术应该很不错了，加上能摔跤， 很容易把对手摔倒了，boxing还不错，
虽然不算太强， 目前看，还算比较全面， 耐力还不知道。 |
