转手把垃圾卖到中国，再赚一笔“绿色美元”。
但如今，中国重视环保不再进口，垃圾开始在美国堆积如山，这种游戏也玩不下去了。
难以替代的中国
法新社7月12日报道，几个月来，位于巴尔的摩-华盛顿大都市区的一个大型垃圾回收设
施持续面临一个大问题：现在必须为大量纸张和塑料支付处理费用，而这些垃圾原本是
卖到中国（还有得赚）的。
