schiano96-98年在chicago bear当db coach, 当时bears的主教练dave wannstedt,上赛
季结束从pittsburgn主教练位置上下台了
schiano99-00年在miami当dc,当时miami的主教练是butch davis,刚刚从北卡主教练位
置上下台了
schiano离开miami DC的位置后,他的继任是randy shannon, 上赛季结束也从miami主教
练的位置上下台了
dave wannstedt和butch davis都是greg schiano在ncaa教练圈的好朋友,他还有一个好
朋友,urban meyer,上赛季结束从florida主教练位置上下台了
现在唯一幸免的就是schiano在penn state当db coach时的主教练,joe pa, 不知道

这正经人家的孩子取名字 得注意几个
要只有一种发音 不可能被人引申扭曲了 需要纠正的 譬如
Mike ==> Mike or Michael?
Dave ==> Dave or David ?
Ben ==> Ben or Benjamin ?
Ron ==> Ron or Ronald ?
Ken ==> Kenny or Kenneth?
Bill ==> Billy
不要拼写上有同音字 自我介绍时可能要附加注解的
Sarah ==> Sarah or Sara?
Jeannie ==> Jeanny or Jeannie?
Tommy ==> Tommie or Tommy
不要是一个男性名字和女性名字的共同缩写 譬如
Pat ==> Patricia, Patrick
Sam ==> Samuel, Samantha

还有就是名字最好是两个音节或更多
注意这孩子将来到了社会上严肃的地方还能用的

次被解雇，无奈退休了，在家里钓钓鱼，打发时间。
Hugh freeze 被聘为阿肯色州立的主教练后，因为其草根出身，刚从高中到大学教练，
没有network, 找不到跟自己打天下的，很多圈内人其实也不原意跟他混。这时候，
Hugh 找到了浮闲在家的Dave, 两个人彻夜畅谈后，Dave 决定再度出山。
Olemiss 的教练里，很多这种的。LB 教练Allen是直接从高中教练上来的，WR教练大学
毕业后一直跟着hugh到处混，DL. 的kiffin.当时只是一个毛头小子，只当过GA。
以上是背景。
OM. 的基本防守阵型是425。 5个后场，防传，防big play .4-5 个防守队员rush , 很
少闪击，所以麻袋也很少。因为只有两个LB, 所以防跑比较吃力。队员吨位相对小，强
调速度。
再说人员配置
首发NT. Gross 只有6尺240磅，打linebacker 都有点矮。但这孩子第一步奇快，也挺

battling cancer for a number of years, he died at home with his family by
his side on March 15.
Often hindsight gives additional clarity to some of what we experience.
After hearing of Kent's passing, I had one of those "Now I get it." moments

马准备，之间多次模拟冲过终点后抒发各种感想、比划各种手势及庆祝动作在过线的一
刻后全都想不起来了，趁着记忆没有被打码之前还是流水账吧。

split 见后
5月Brooklyn half之后回家想了想把初马target定在3:30，练到8月把目标改成3:10，
随后丈母娘一家大驾光临，顿挫，改到3:20。9月受板上初马BQ风影响雄心再起，目标
锁定BQ。10月回国完婚，吃喝应酬，麻爪，回来后两个星期努力调整状态，异常忐忑的
向DC出发了
DC的秋天也不知道是不是心里没底的原因，比预料的冷很多。星期六在expo见过Edward
后和WordPress在DC怎么也找不到pasta，心事重重，半夜醒了几次，很冷啊。
早上起床WordPress大哥慷慨的把他新买的arm warmer借给我，很感激，虽然后来也没
用上。到了比赛的地方人潮汹涌，清一色的白人，谁说DC是黑人的地盘，呵呵。存包后

应微调改进，ironwar一书里说，没有一个放之四海的标准跑姿，跑姿和人自身身体有
关，优美的不见得跑得快，笨拙的不见得就不高效，简单例子dave scott，一代铁人的
传奇，我对dave的崇敬远高于mark allen，不知道为啥，都是大牛人。 |

月前分析孙杨的思路来说说对张琳走下坡路的看法。请各位指教。
张琳今年全运会基本上达到最惨，所以对他当运动员的成绩，大概可以盖棺定论了（鄙
视我一下，也是马后炮）。大家最感兴趣的是他09年达到巅峰之后，为什么会一落千丈。
说法0：吃药。没有证据不能乱说，所以这根本就不算一种说法。
说法1：800米不是奥运项目，所以别人都是玩玩。这种说法非常荒谬。09年世锦赛和张
琳一起比赛的有梅洛里和柯克伦，后两位也是长距离的顶尖高手，并且是常青树。再说
，张琳08年奥运会就爆发了。
说法2：张琳08年和09年是沾了快速泳衣的光。我没有特别用心考证，不知道张琳当时
穿的是什么泳衣，但是比较符合逻辑的推想是，当时其他选手也穿了快速泳衣。所以这
个说法也不太站得住脚。
说法3：张琳声色犬马，商业广告接的太多，训练荒废，人目空一切。我8挂能力差，也
不了解商业圈子，所以不敢说不对。张琳自己接受记者采访说过：“……400米自由泳
，前200米都很正常，但到了300米该加速时，刚加了15米就不行了。教练也很困惑，找

His serves were strong with a lot of spins, but due to his 5.8 height, i

manage to return back, normally very short.
Dave liked to move up, so a lot of cases we played close to net against
coach
alone close to net with his partner at baseline, then coach would play to me
most of the time due to Dave is stronger than me.

i play for 7 months seriously, i know my level, my coach even knows better.
i asked my coach if i reached 3.5, he said maybe, maybe NOT!
seeing Dave playing, he said he is strong 3.5, and weak 4.0, i could not
believe
there are so many 4.0 Chinese players in USA.
I am not sure how long it would take for me to reach Dave's level, or if not
at all.

he is weak 4.0, both lefties, but ACC is a lot faster and more consistently,

Dave应该是USC的，如果就近工作，你们完全可以挑一把。。。我要有机会，一定要和
他（当然还有你）过两招。
如果你不打league，我觉得你可能会比较缺经验。
To be a better player，两三年competition的经验还是要的。。。打着玩的比赛和非
要赢下来的比赛，基本不是一个等级的
我光周末打一场已经两三年了，水平直线下降，体能更是差的不行。 所以Dave的很多
论点是非常正确的。

那副半死不活的样子，刚拿到的时候上面挂几片绿叶，现在还是挂着那几片绿叶……好
吧这就算是活了吧？
醋栗刚来的时候气的我几乎不曾破口大骂，就一根两搾长筷子粗的树棍，光秃秃的，下
面一圈根大概只有我的大拇指那么长。唯一能证明这是根活棍子不是死棍子就是掐破之
后带着微绿发白的湿润的皮。于是本着死马当作活马医的心态种在地里。每次浇李树时
顺便给它也浇两瓢，除草上肥之类的高级待遇一概的没有，心里面已经在琢磨着如何
argue退款的问题了。
听说isons的规矩是付半价给补一棵，然而在Dave's garden上一查，发现他家居然还有
不少买了死葡萄的客户在骂，口径一致地说寄到的葡萄藤就特么是个几乎没有根的光棍
，种下去辛苦伺候了半天不见动静，打电话给isons求助人家也只会说再等等，听话等
了一年之后终于发现葡萄死透透了。有趣的是每条这种评论后面必定跟了isons的客服
回信，一番歉意之后表示可以免费再给寄。于是在疑心这棵醋栗和那些葡萄基本上属于

事件很感兴趣，所以捡起了这本有着奇怪名字的书。男主人公Abdulrahman Zeitoun是
叙利亚移民，在新奥尔良安家之后有个很稳定的搞工程的生意。Zeitoun老婆是地道的
南方人，有个大家庭在路易斯安娜州首府Baton Rouge。 飓风来临之前，这是个有着特
殊的新大陆风味的移民家庭，生活平稳慵懒，如同所在的新奥尔良城。那时，所有的危
险不安因素都被那座几米高的堤隔离在视线之外。
飓风来临之后，一切都改变了，送走家人之后，Zeitoun独自留守新奥尔良。洪水，暴
力，政府的无力，再加上他的中东背景让他大难临头。“那是最美好的时代，那是最糟
糕的时代”，与人的想象相比，历史事件的残酷与荒谬感都是出人意料。无需文字渲染
，故事本身就足够惊悚，作者Dave Eggers文笔克制，紧随事件，不加任何议论，倒是
写出了记录片的风采。
