项面对中国投资移民的全新政策：在美国联邦政府八千亿救市预算中用30亿资金作为贷
款群担保，针对美国中小企业借贷的最新EB5投资移民计划，成为改变美国投资移民历
史的全新计划。中国普通公民通过EB5向美国中小企业提供个人总投资额达到50万美元
的5年期低息贷款，在3年左右的时间内将依法获得美国绿卡，此举也被认为是唯一能与

应。而房东是位IOWA的美国人，他告诉说，在IOWA节奏更慢，很多人都坐在拖拉机上慢
慢走。我想那一定是派田园风光。
看了Grassley的介绍，就是来自普通农场，我推测老Grassley身上保留着很多淳朴，看
看下面链接，老Grassley的安排会见选民的紧张时间表，就能看出他工作很努力。

当然最关心的是他为何要对H1B严厉。在他移民政策网页，发现他对滥用H1B做过调查，
结果发现的问题也很震惊。2007年5月，他给最大的9个申请H1B签证的外国公司发信，
要求诸如员工、工资、解雇等详细情况。其中最大的Infosys Technologies Limited公
司，在2006和2007年分别申请了4908，4559个工作签证。而这9个公司06年共申请了2万
个H1B。其中当然有问题，事后Infosys摊上官司，似乎还在打，其中就有公司要求“
creatively”拿到H1B的指控。

M204是数据库但是不是db2
数据库有很多种,M204只是其中不popular的一种
政府工编程有合同工也有长工
一般来说project用合同工多，普通维护长工多
因为通常合同工经验多而且合同flexible可以根据Project进程和budget调整
但是合同工工资高所以普通维护长工为主
也有例外的时候
如果你做的用心+运气好，从毕业生做三年左右应该可以出来做合同工
政府部门java和.net合同工需求量还是很高的 |

Oracle和Sun,这两家硅谷老邻居要成一家人了：Oracle出价74亿，成功的从IBM手中夺
走了Sun这家以Unix系统出名，又以Java打遍网路的公司。
为什么Oracle要收购一家电脑硬件公司？真正的原因并不是因为Sun的OS系统和Servers
hardware,关键还是Java.
通过收购Sun,Oracle达到控制Java的目的。Oracle本身许多软件现在都是用Java写成，
一旦Java被IBM这类的对手控制，对Oracle是个不小的威胁。而控制了Java,反之对IBM
这类越来越多利用Java的公司有了一个主动权。
Oracle 是个database为主的公司，目前MS的SQL Server,IBM的DB2基本上不对Oracle构
成太大的挑战。而真正有威胁的是open-source database MySql.随着MySql功能的改进
，又能在Linux上运行，加上低成本等等 |
