phantom power to drive it to its merits. They are decent budget condensors.
I think some people use C195 for live performance without having to baby
them. I haven't tried one but please share with us some of your experiences

decent I meant the golden standard of SM58 quality. With a little above $500
, you can grab a PGX4 receiver and a pair of PGX2/SM58 Mics with
transmitters. Personally I would go with PGX system with beta58A on a tight
budget. Otherwise it is not wise to pursue a wireless solution. $200 will
get you a pair of wired SM58 which will beat any $200 wireless solution out
there in a second. |

可能唯一还decent点的房子在wynnewood，可是yard会很小，而且好像治安会差些，也
会拥挤些。
目前转了一圈，比较affordable又decent的房子似乎在havertown，不过haverford学区

大概五年前跟风买了town house出租。那时候这个价位出租能赚到钱的房子，抢的很厉
害。
第一个房子图便宜买的状态比较差的short sale。到手之后装修了一番，在craiglist
打广告出租 （那时听人说很好出租，craiglist 就行）。 后来确实很多人来看房。那
是也没经验，别人来看都给看，也不知道先问问情况，结果累死了。后来一家四口老黑
来看房，当场就要申请，而且说估计2周就可以搬进来。他们还是带着信用报告来的，
为的是省申请费。他们说以前经济危机的时候丢了工作所以行用不好，现在正在修补。
我看他们看起来整整齐齐比较decent 的样子，夫妻两个都工作收入也够，信用分虽然
不高，报告里近两年也没什么新的collection，我嫌麻烦也没给前房东打电话。 就口

一回事。我这朋友倒好，说美国人不会骗人的，很慷慨，给了那个白男20块。后来我们
吃了点东西，出来准备出发，又一白男靠近过来，重复了同样的故事，我跟我朋友说，
这不明摆着是骗子嘛，但是人家不听，还是给了第二个白男20块钱。。。还跟我说，老

腾却体力一直很好也能睡了，也从这些怪圈里走出来了，也不爱发脾气和哭了，算是回
到decent的生活了（还不够好，还要加油）。不多说了，介绍下我吃的有用的方子吧，
仅供参考。先向不信中医的mm道歉了，敬请回避。
方子１是宋耀成开的方子，不知道是什么。我第一次以后身体很热，后来就能睡好了。
以前都是半夜开始背上越来越热不能回睡。他只说补脾而不能太燥，疏肝而不能太凉，
大家可以按这个思路找注重脾胃的中医开药方。我吃了逍遥丸补中益气丸都有点效果，
但觉得宋的药最好。中药这个东西吃了有效就吃个２／３天，无效就要立停。
方子２桑葚浓汁冲水（台湾出的没有防腐剂），可以解决便秘和睡眠。也可以买干的
成熟的黑色桑葚（black mulberry）自己煮水喝。有人建议用干桑葚捻成粉贴太冲穴。
（我不知道这个有没有用，我试过一次，主要是方便，也推荐给大家）

鬼佬的几个误区：
1. 只要有专业工作，就能维持decent life
在中国，即使工作多年的老员工，运气不好也未必能有decent life
2. 员工一堆账单要付，所以担心丢工作
在中国，经济蓬勃发展，没有人担心丢工作, 在职时笑脸那是给老板面子；不跳槽就不
错了
3. 中国人工资很低，公司运营成本低；董事会报表好看
4. 像美国一样，维持3-5%的平均加薪幅度就可以了
在中国，这么搞恐怕离职率会高达15-20%;
在中国，应届生工资确实很低，也就相当于美国的1/7-1/5；但工作了几年后的专业人
士对生活的期望都很高，没看到杜拉拉们起薪不过3000，期望都是5年爬到Director,年
入30-40万吗，容易滋生不满情绪
5. 员工很稳定，会在一个公司干几十年
在中国，恐怕只有体制内有这样的稳定性.招人朝着留3年做计划就不错了
6. 18万能招到清华北大博士,能力跟美国找的PhD一样
能招到肯定的，不过本科多半不是两校的；现在北京的博士出来根本找不到北京的教职

可是家人和几乎所有朋友都反对我回去.老婆一听到我说回去就要崩溃.主要原因是小孩
教育问题,收入问题,和国内压力问题.现在收入大概$140K,回去收入大概是相同数量的
RMB,单位是科学院的研究所,要自己去争取经费,很累.老婆坚持认为回去的大都是在米
国待不下去的,象我这这种情况回去的一定是脑残了.
可是米国不是我的国家,这种感觉与日俱增.现在有一种倦鸟知归的想法,那里有我无数
的朋友和亲人,可以孝敬父母,即使天天挤地铁也觉得好期待.
现在不知道如何说服老婆回去,不想强迫她回去,想和她一起高高兴兴的回去.
