abstract-machine 是利用时间轴上的不对称性（蓝眼 vs 棕眼）来 decidable
的。。。但这个需要所有 deterministic-abstract-machine 认知（对他们而言
的）标准时间，也就是时间轴上的“天数”(tick)是 countable and have same
(agreed) start point，（对于纯数可能就是 map 到 natural number set）
。。。满足这个条件就能 decidable（其中也包括所有人都是一样颜色的眼睛的
情况，tick 到第 n 天）。
所以那个外国游客，从香浓的信息论看，是提供了 tick 天数的 start point，
这样所有的 deterministic-abstract-machine 的时间轴能够校准到同一个

或者从计算科学的角度，就是把某一类在计算科学上纯靠 brutal force 是
undecidable 的 problem，通过某种巧妙的办法变成 decidable problem，然后
decide it。
打个比方就是如果有两个一位一位产生无限不循环小数的集成电路，一个的电路产生
sqrt(2)*2，另一个电路产生 sqrt(8)。如果 brutal force 去比较每一位小数，这就
是一个 undecidable problem。
但如果另有一个算法可以分析两个集成电路的 circuitry，那就可以用计算机 formal
verification 证明两片集成电路产生相同的结果，这样就 decidable 了。虽然可能单
靠人力人肉 formal verification 大规模集成电路在实践上并不可行。

从我做起, 从现在做起! 我们还来得及反对SCA5. 目前, 加州众议院的80席中, 有55席
民主党, 25席共和党. 对这个法案SCA5的支持是党派分票, 所以我们只需要保证 2个以
上民主党议员勇敢地站出来, 投票反对, 我们就可以让法案胎死腹中. 现在我们可以做
的是写信给代表我们选区的加州众议员, 去他们的网站给他们写.

上面连结最上面有两个请愿投票, 有时间先去投票, 这两个网站都需要注册, 但是
Change.org和Whitehouse.gov是最常见的请愿网站, 将来一定该还有用到的机会, 花点

功能就僅僅是壮大声势.
