I am currently a post-doc and I had an onsite interview at 1/24.
I thought the interview went well and the HM told me the decision should be
made in two weeks.
1/30 the HM emailed me for my reference list (I provided 3 referees).
2/1 My first referee (My PhD advisor) was contacted.
But after that I heard nothing form them.
2/6 I emailed the HM to ask for the decision and he replied the next day

decision letter，在这里分享一下心得.没有经验，还请大家多提意见，抛砖引玉吧.
大牛们这段可以略过了，完全是背景知识.这些decision是USCIS的Administrative
Appeals Office （AAO） 针对申请人的上诉作出的最终决定.官官相护嘛，结论大部分
都是支持审案件的USCIS director（虽然有很多IO，但是案件结论似乎名义上来自
director）的结论——驳回EB1B申请.下面我把这些判决里面自己觉得有帮助的找了一
下，如果是英语，基本就是直接从里面拷下来的.
这些引文的分类大致遵循EB1B的官方要求．其口吻基本上就是USCIS AAO在说为什么律
师(counsel)的上诉没有道理,受益人（beneficiary）哪里不合要求，USCIS（Service
Center或director）的决定如何英明等等．我本来的想法是把这些话从否定句改成肯定
句就行了，结果发现，那就干脆别费劲了，我肯定达不到要求．所以才有前两天发了个

虽然大家都没有明说，但是让楼主不安的恐怕是这一句
“a notice informing you of the USCIS' intended action ”
也就是说要么很好：通过，要么就是比RFE更差的NOID。不过不会是直接拒掉。
楼主是concurrent了485么？
另外，我这两天还看到这么一个online status

理解，
Card production就是发出请求帮你制卡。
Decision 发出通知说明你绿卡审批通过。
一旦制卡部门把卡制作完成，然后邮寄给你，就又跳到Card production ，这个时候你
就能看见Tracking number什么的。
所以跳来跳去正常。 |

且顺利的拿到了Immigration Visa。打算两周之后去美国做immigration landing。
但是今天早上收到了USCIS的邮件，说是Department of State要求USCIS重审我的Case
。。
我所有的电话都打遍了（律师 USCIS NVC 大使馆）都说不知道，让我安心等待180天再
说。。
（1）我说我的Immigration Visa还有一个月就过期了，我还怎么等180天？
（2）如果我明天就去landing，边境是不让我进吗？我的VISA在手里面，也没有人说
VISA被revoke了
我也是傻眼了。。。请问大家有没有遇到过类似的事情啊？？？ 呜呜
