curse of dimensionality，也就是求解的时候复杂度非常大。不知到现在为止，这样

问版上做质谱的行家，有重复过Josh coon几年前发表的那个ETD/CID decision tree的
方法吗?就是用ETD碎裂高电荷低M/Z的precursor,其他的用CID. 我最近在Orbitrap
Fusion上试图重复，发现ETD使CID的scan数也减少了很多，最后还不如只用CID。只用
ETD得到的蛋白数比CID少非常多，觉得可能是反应时间设的过长,但是设的短谱图质量
看起来很低。顺便求问如何优化ETD的参数及注意事项等，谢谢！ |

I can see your line of logic, and it's convincing. I'm just having a hard
time with the tax argument.
If the government is asking you to buy something, whereas if you don't, the
government will assess a penalty which funds a program providing it to you "
for free," how is it not an outright imposition? How is it a tax??
If this is tax, then the government can force a million more things on us
and call it tax. This is why I called today's decision a dangerous start.

description refer to simple decision tree or a whole bunch of tree stuff
like random forest bla bla...?
BTW, the job here refers to general positions like those in risk management,
not those tough research stuffs. |

的风险，所有UA优先crew member是正常的，但是这应该发生在大家登机前，而不是登
机后；很晚才知道需要4 crew member登机，这是UA 系统的第一个错；
2. 大家都登机了怎么办？UA其实是应该快速计算风险损失，航班取消的财务损失是巨
大的，所以，现场一个很简单的办法是，800刀不行就应该增加到1000刀，甚至2000刀
，5000刀，最后可能几万刀的成本，现场肯定有人愿意的。
几万刀能解决的一场PR灾难，只能说UA现场基层的decision making一错再错。 |

或者说是standard procedure。只是这次碰到一个高智商高收入，又是亚裔，又是Gay(
或者Bisexual)的硬茬，机上乘客也给力，给捅出来了
这个CEO昨天和今天判若两人，明显就是一直在权衡利弊。昨天他其实也不是维护员工
，而是维护公司的既有制度，希望员工依然按照既有的protocol做事，也不打算给基层
经理放权自由裁定。而是打官司，陪个几百万，因为几百万和全公司范围的政策调整比
起来，其实是小钱。另外毕竟昨天股票可没有跌，董事会估计一开始没有找他麻烦。
只是没想到他的声明起了巨大的反效果，leak出来的内部信件更是连overbook的遮羞布
都被扯掉了，再加上今天上午股票的大跌，才让他不得不重新考虑，并赶紧道歉
至于说这样的decision making错没错，其实按照他们的既有protocol，肯定会出这样
的事，而且底层员工其实是没有什么回旋余地的，负责任的会逐级请示，不想负责任的
，肯定按照这个指导办事 |

主要的问题是不想在排名30几的学校读phd.刚好这学期硕士毕业，如果drop出来的话可以
申请opt。但是不知道值不值得，现在的工作形势如何。如果找了半年还是找不到工作的
话，能不能到时再申请排名能高一点的学校。
非常着急！导师很nice，应该不会阻拦。这两天准备就准备跟他谈了。。。
