* 警察不写declaration的可能性比不上庭大，因为他们上庭有overtime pay，写
declaration没有。
* 如果你输了Trial by Written Declaration，可以重新上庭。就等于最开始没有弄
Trial by Written Declaration一样。所以白白给你多一个免费的机会，没有任何害处
。而且等到那个时候，已经过了很多时间了，会增加警察不能上庭的机会。
就算你一点都没有理由好说的，你也应该用Trial by Written Declaration争，因为是
博警察不回答。上面写什么都可以；只要不承认你错了，也不说谎。譬如，你可以说，
我没有印象我走了那条道（不记得不是说谎）；或者，根本就说，我坚持没罪，就行了
（在美国，你有权不作证）。
关于钱，你认罪和争（无论上庭或Trial by Written Declaration）交的钱是一样的。
如果你不认罪，那你要交给法庭bail，数目是跟罚款一样；跟着如果你输了就归法庭了

能有1/3的时候）警察不回答，跟着你就赢了。警察不写declaration的机率比不上庭的
机率更大。所以就算你没有任何好写的，也应该走Trial by Written Declaration，可
以只写你坚持自己无罪。很多时候会赢。任何情况下不要认罪（“我只开快一点点”就
是认罪），也不要说谎（不要说“我没有超速”或“我没有开那么快”）；可以说“我
没有印象开那么快”。还有Trial by Written Declaration的另一个好处就是输了可以
再上庭，所以没有害处，免费多一个机会赢。
如果是basic speed law（22350），有些无论事实是什么样的都可以用的技术上的对付
方法。第一是basic speed law没有说你要开什么具体速度；只要说你开的安全速度。

我对你说的的看法：
应该是认罪之后才会提没钱这些的。如果争成功就没罪，不要罚，所以争的时候这个不
相干的。如果有罪了，不单止要罚，还要加分，会影响你以后的保险的。
这个也是基本上认罪。不是好理由。你是司机，你就有责任熟悉你的车，否则就不应该
开。
你争之前应该要求extension，拖时间。有些法庭网站上就可以；否则打电话去。这里

有些法庭不给extension的。
你用trial by written declaration去争我觉得是对的。关于写什么，我觉得你应该（

些。否则（2）你应该博他不回答（很多警察不回答written declaration这些东西的）

后可以随便选专业。文科专业到二年级结束declare都行。工程/CS 最好早点declare,
很多是一学期（或1年)后declare, 因为课业重，晚declare就不能保证4年毕业。但有
几所私校的专业进去时就要declare了。如CMU 的 CS, NYU 的stern商学院，Upenn的

close decisions to make. They help as tie-breaker.
In this case, playing DA is only right when: 1) declarer has exactly AQ2 in
clubs; 2) declarer has exactly JTx in diamonds; 3) declarer has SA. It can
be right, but low percentage. Many times, defense is not 100%, you have to
choose the best line, just like declarer play. Jumping DA is not the best
line IMO.

Partner shows 6 clubs(because the second C shows the count and declarer is
unlikely to hold 3 small clubs).
Also, partner didn't pitch S, so he's likely to hold SK.
So the shape is clear now, declarer holds 2-5-5-1 shape. Suppose declarer
holds: xx KQJTx AJxxx x
you need to lead trumps now. Later, partner can overruff dummy and play
another H to defeat it.if you play C, declarer can ruff D with HA, ruff C,

LHO cashes 3 spades (keep last spade un-cashed) and exit with a heart. RHO
pitches 1 diamond and 1 heart, with 5 cards left: HQJ, DKQT. Now double-
dummy, declarer can just play hearts and score H10. But declarer has no idea
that LHO started with 4 hearts. He more likely will play LHO for 6313 shape
, that would leave RHO with HQJx and DKQ. So he wins HA in hand, plays DA
and another D, trying to establish his DJ. Lights out!

out that this defense doesn't help.
Let's suppose West does start with 6313 shape. After West cashes TWO spades,
there are 6 cards left at the table.
Dummy has: H Kx, D AJ9x
Declarer has: H AT8x, D 76
East probably has: H QJx D KQT
So how can switching to diamond help (even if West has one)? Declarer can
simply duck the diamond, win heart return in hand, play DA and another

previous two post analyzed, other choices are not attractive at all. So I
think the first mistake was a non-heart lead.
He lead SJ, a bad choice in my opinion, but it is not the end of the defense
. Declarer won with SQ. A low diamond was led from dummy. Pard played DJ,
and declarer DA. Isn't is obvious that pard is playing from JTx or JT?

's private member is not correct. In your example, B is an inner class of A
and you said "class A and B will be independent". This is not right. In fact
B is a member (class) or A. You also mentioned "if we allow B to access A's
private variable, it is against encapsulation". This is again not correct.
Since B is A's member, it can access A's other private member.
