只写了 90+， 如果直接写一百的话，我就会被当场吊销驾照了。那时候心里暗暗感激

你应该做Trial by Written Declaration。如果Trial by Written Declaration输了再
重新上庭。
这样的案件分成两部分：arraignment（就是你plead guilty或not guilty）和trial。
为了arraignment，你可以亲自去法庭，跟clerk说你要plead not guilty，交罚款，跟
着要求Trial by Written Declaration。你也可以通过邮件plead not guilty，交罚款
，和要求Trial by Written Declaration。
他们到时候寄Trial by Written Decaration表给你之后，你有大概三个星期写好

多到或已经过了ticket上的日期，会给你一个新的日期。如果差不多到ticket上的日期
，你还没有收到courtesy notice，而你不放心的话，可以打电话给法庭。
你也可以check那county法庭的网上交traffic ticket罚款的地方，查你的ticket。如
果查得到，就说明已经输入系统，而且告诉你多少钱。如果查不到，就说明还没有输入。
你应该不先寄Trial by Written Declaration的表格进去。你可以到deadline前一个星
期寄进去一份written not guilty plea，上面说你要Trial by Written Declaration

1) If you lose Trial by Written Declaration, you can request a Trial De Novo
, a completely new trial in court, so you get 2 chances.
2) Police are more likely to not respond to Trial by Written Declaration
than not go to court, because they get overtime to go to court, but not to
write a declaration. If they do not write a declaration, you win. |

i believe your original intention is to declare a string object sContent,
and initialize it with 2 iterators. that is fine. however, just as
int b;
declare an integer object b, while
int b();
declares a function called b, returning int, taking no parameters.
your 2nd statement (i will omit decorations)
string a(istreambuf_iterator(fi), istreambuf_iterator());
