rates, I wrote Canadian Recession Coming Up.
Following the rate cut, the yield curve in Canada inverted out to three
years. Inversion means near-term interest rates are higher than long-term
rates.
I saw no other person mention the inversion at the time. An inverted yield
curve generally portends recession.

了。和FR team，RAT team不是一个尿性。
大家有没有啥经验怎么避免要求call back？感觉chase的方法挺好，邮件+短信，你验
证了再刷就能过，也给你提个醒，短期内别再搞了。amex感觉稍微有点落后啊（美其名
曰安全等级高），大额必然decline，然后就要打电话过去，并且威胁30天内不打回去
就关卡。
我有几个思路：
1、避开重灾区。但是该去的还就是那几个地方，CVS是重点名单，我都被fraud好几回
了。那711，kroger是否好些？都是重灾区？
2、匍匐前进，阶梯式提高消费habit，不过有的时候开卡就那三个月，等不起啊，先买
100，再买300，最后买500的，可行？
3、large purchase标记。这个我chase做过，就是发SM告诉他们我最近有个large
purchase，不要decline我（机票之类的，好几大千呢），然后一般都是会给你加个
note，不过感觉加个note这种也能行？decline的当时不就瞬间decline了嘛，系统又不

刷一次，来三次就能解决这offer了。第一次顺利通过，但第二次的时候三张卡刷过第
四章被decline，我打电话问amex他们说没decline任何东西。我后来也没办法就让
cancel了。今天那些卡也用了几张都能正常用。然后今天去BB，看到他们的VGC上架了
就开始撸，总共有十张卡，我就先4买5，顺利通过了，然后再来一次，小二倒是帮忙，
但又是刷到最后一张被decline，然后我再打电话给amex，接到manager那里说没问题了
，我就让他们cancel了之后，把之前被decline那张卡先刷，但依然是三张刷完最后一
张decline，虽然小二说应该是被银行decline的，但我也没看到任何银行的fraud邮件
，打电话也说没问题卡都可以正常刷，我就怀疑是商店机器decline的了，然而原理又
是啥呢？另外不要批判我会把本地店撸死什么的，我会这么折腾的店都是因为小二
manager很好说话完全不管还特别热心想帮你解决问题的，那些有危险的店我从来都是
蜻蜓点水一下就走的。 |

其说是“风险小”列表，不如说是“房子难涨地区列表”。试论证一二：
1. 常言道“强者恒强，弱者恒弱”。NYC, SF地区房价高企不是一年两年了，支撑房价
的不是那个affordability的percentage，而是能afford的人口数和房子总数的比例。
这里看百分比是没有多大意义的。只要还有人能买得起还愿意买，即使affordability
只有15%又如何呢？
