出的英文，外国人很难看明白。即便是中国人，看得也很累。
而且他们很多时候用词不准，比如那篇文章，作者肯定是中文想好要写“公式的推算过
程”，结果他们不知道推演是哪个英文词，估计就从翻译软件查了一下，结果找到的词
是infer，我看的直接吐血，虽说infer也有推断的意思，但是根本不能用在这里，这里

税要在 max 401k,max HSA, max 529, mortage interest, proper tax, max
other deducables 之后计算。
而且401K，company match, HSA，529, and etc 都要算在投资额度里。
例如：401K 18500 + match $10000 + HSA $6500 + 529 $10000 + cash
$35000 = $75000; 两个人 $75000x2 = $150,000; |

传统上，大家以为保险是雇主从医疗保险公司购买保险，然后保险费员工个人分摊一部
分，雇主分摊一部分。但你知道绝大部分有规模的公司或其他机构，也就是员工有几百
人以上的，医疗保险其实是Self funded. 那些大型公司更是。
Self funded就是医疗费用是由雇主负担的。而那些保险公司（比如Blue Cross,HAP等
等）只是负责管理。你看病的账单由医生送给保险公司，保险公司审查一下，把你要付
的那部分，公司付的部分分清。公司付的那部分保险公司会把账单送到雇主那儿，由雇
主负担。也就是雇主公司掏钱为你付医疗费用。保险公司只是负责管理。
雇主通过两个途径让员工分担费用。一个是员工付Premium, 一个是Deductible 和
Copay.
随着医疗费用的持续增长，雇主公司为了减少成本，就会增加员工的premium， 增加

去年十一月份断断续续的看了看Toyota的Sienna CE(V6, 7 pass)，在PA能拿到的最好
价是23600+TTL。后来由于小孩推迟了上daycare的时间，也就相应地把买车这事放了一
阵。现在小孩马上就要上daycare，于是花了两周的时间把车给买了。
过了半年时间，Sienna 的CE价格大概涨了$1000 （可以参考Truecar的价格走势）,去
年的这家dealership已经不给match去年十一月的价格。由于Sienna的two star rating
for front female passenger,我们决定放弃Sienna,转战Honda Odyssey LX.
参照Truecar的价格，我们把目标价定在$26000+TTL. 网上能拿到的最好的quote是$
26726 (OTD: $28501)(Truecar best local price:$26754),然后我们就从这家
dealership开始逐个看车谈价。

good as manufacturer warranty). The other thing is who provides the warranty
, Honda or some third party? While Honda will still be around, the third
party company might go bankrupt when you need the warranty service. You need
to know all these before you make decision. BTW, there is good profit for
dealer to sell you extended warranty.

司.这种本来责任很明显,会不会最后自己还得掏钱呢?真倒霉,
