anyway, 上次楼主关于 slander 与 libel 的解释与维基不同，也与几个法律字典的解
释不同。它们说二者都是诽谤，只不过 libel 是书面，slander 是口头。这说法与楼
主说的什么是否基于事实的等等，很不一样。
