另外也要看全面性怎么定义，如果只能都拿大满贯冠军才叫全面，小德现在也不全面。
纳豆拿不到年终室内赛冠军，也不全面。但我认为他们都非常全面，至少在职业生涯的

蓝皮书指出，2009年中国房价太高，是政府的土地供应行政制度、对开发商囤地涨
价谋利行为打击不力等深层次原因造成的。
蓝皮书同时表示，2010年的销售面积和房价水平，主要取决于政府稳定房价的决心
和出台的调控改革措施。预计住宅需求会有一定幅度的上升，房价将温和上涨。

其实第一个原因还更主导一些。
另外，有众多类似对手互相拉练的拉锯战争也是科技的催化剂。所以春秋战国是中华文
明的轴心时代。多少科学家是法国炮兵学校训练出来的。
毕升之后，中国的文人统治阶层（江南人）完全不适应战争。所以胜利者总是胜利地太
快太轻易。全是没死几个人，就胜利了。好比满清征服全中国，没死几个人。死的还都
是在和蒙古的战争中（雍正说的）。
因此，催化剂没法发挥作用。甚至战争之后，科技大退步（比如清朝代替明朝，又以骑
射为本），胜利者觉得失败者的科技完全无用。其实不是科技无用，而是掌握科技的人
太没用。
看欧洲人打成什么样，经历了三百年和平的大清，在鸦片战争不败才没有天理。大清的
军队是酒囊饭袋，英军是身经百战。

Not in pure military sense. But killing of Li would have been a great
pretext for western powers to intervene and extract concessions from Japan.
That would have taken time to resolve. Also, death of Li would have meant
nobody else from Qing court was left who were willing and able to attend the
conference. Getting that sorted out would also take time.
And the only thing that could have defeated Japan at that point was time.

参众两院女性议员凤毛麟角。
她的讲演不卑不亢，气势磅礴，正义凌然，震人发聩，赢得无数次参众两院全体起立鼓
掌。她的讲演对赢得美国对中国抗战的支援起到了很大的作用，你我没有变成日本的亡
国奴，她有一份功劳。
她的讲演稿子是自己写的，修改了很多遍，看成一篇时代范文。我敢说，很多在美国留
学多年的PHD也写不出来。

i would like to say that we in the US have no ground to oppose the
construction of carriers by the Chinese Gov. Also they have the right
; to national defense just as much as we do. And BTW obi2012 we have 19.

The key point is: for sport battle, do it sport way. There is no point of
directly applying a Martial Art developed for a completely different
environment. Direct application is like killing a bug with a huge axe in the
kitchen. Axe is useful, but not for this purpose. There are already efforts
adapting Chinese Martial Art for sport fight, though just at its beginning.
It is too hasty to draw any conclusion so far.
