附件是主治大夫的reasoning(email回复，红字)， 他的水平我们还是很佩服的，因为
他已开始猜了个病就和我们宝宝症状非常一致，可惜后来发现不是；而且他不是代谢病
专家。
问题是坚持宝宝不吃长链脂肪酸的奶粉后，他奇迹般地改善了；完全出乎医生们的预料
。我感觉医生列的是常见的代谢病，而我们感觉宝宝吃长链脂肪酸似乎是慢性中毒，大
概需要一个月左右才能体现出来。因为过程很慢，我们怀疑很多方法查不出来。
我们最大的问题是如果是这种病怎么查？不能确认的话他一辈子吃饭都受影响，基本也
就很难出门时间长一点了。尤其是他的肝已经在要换的边缘。医生们现在改口说他的病
程都是偶然，可我们不能同意。为什么每次都是长链吃一段时间就得病，尤其是这次停
了鸡蛋后马上改善。。

现在只要病人说是defective, seller就得
1. 提供return label
2. 算一个defect
seller lost both way shipping, and get a defect.
这比FBA 悲惨多了。起码 fba 不用自己出return shipping, 也不用记一个defect。
ebay的人极度的没有人性，极度的无耻。只要输了case,ebay fee不退，
paypal fee不退，直接从paypal账上划走cash. 上星期有一个把我气疯了。
病人买错东西了，要退，我也同意了。但病人一直没有提供tracking. 我也没有收到。
我问你退了没有，有没有tracking, 病人说明天找找。
然后在下午5点用message告诉我tracking.我在寄东西，没有看到。然后病人
6:15 esclate, ask ebay step in. ebay 在6:30判我输，直接从我paypal账号
划走了150刀，还算了一个0.3% 那种defect。这个真是气死我了，打电话去骂，

过了几天，神医说病人发现是defective的，跟我联络要换一个。我同意了，如果确实
是defective。
现在收到病人的退货，神医然我出label寄给病人。我觉得我当初寄出的是sealed的，
不可能知道是defective，我已经尽力给神医换了一个。我认为label应该神医出，因为
这是他biz的一部分。神医不同意，大家评评理吧？

要换了。这样情况卖方应该给credit吧。另外查出siding也有部分defective。
报告上的问题有marginal的，有defective的。是不是defective卖方应该给钱，
marginal可以negotiate? 因为defective 加marginal问题比较多我们要求不少credit,
房价4％吧，卖方很不高兴，认为老房子就是这样的，价格里已经体现出来了，只肯付
我们要的1／3，态度很强硬。不知道这样的态度是不是reasonable. 还是很正常，都这
样反应？
另外还有些问题需要further evaluate, 基本是因为房子老很多东西虽然能用但过时了
，不符合现在的标准。这些一般卖方就不管了吧？ |

dilemma）。
首先是定义 cooperate vs defect。。。用藤校入学系统做一个比方，比如理想的藤校
入学系统是择优录取，然后按情况分配专业。。。那如果以理想正确健康的“藤校为本
、以藤校为纲”，这就是 cooperate（cooperate 这个 selection 系统）。。。但如
果不按照藤校希望出牌，那就是 defect（defect 这个 selection 系统）。。。
但 defect 里面还细分为三种：
（1）新东方路子型：合法钻系统漏洞，削尖脑袋进藤校。
（2）聚众支持 race-based AA 游行型：合法通过歧视性法律或者歧视性入学规则。
（3）不去藤校坑爹专业为人类前进做炮灰，去州立大学好专业混个一生开心。这也是
合法钻系统漏洞，削尖脑袋避免藤校坑爹专业、或者避免不幸成为炮灰型凤尾还要乖乖
交高额学费然后去达特茅斯地下室。。。

and maintenance is not a defect. For the same reason, brake pads are not
covered unless you can prove it is defective. However, every defective part
in the car is covered.
X3 includes maintenance, brake pads because you've already paid the price.
