agent的manager说这些都不是defects，所以合同就是binding，我们不能退出，不能要
credit，否则就是违约。但是他说seller交流后愿意给我们$4000的credit，问我们接
受不接受。
但是我理解inspector认为这些都是defects，这是他没有在report中用defects这个字
眼而已。所以说我们退出时完全可以的，大家说对不对？？
另外一个我感觉对方manager在骗我们的原因就是如果合同真像他说的是binding，我们
不能要credit，为啥还给了我们$4000?这不是自相矛盾吗？
8月20日下午两点必须回复对方，而且还被威胁说不能退出，所以有点急，多谢大家了

多数都是用spray drying，就是一个大stainless steel的罐子，从下面往上喷热空气
，从上面往下喷高速离心的液体奶，这样，液体奶的droplet很快就被烘干了，到
droplet掉到罐底时就已经成了粉末。因为罐体本身温度也很高，所以很有可能有液体
droplet被喷到罐身上，受热时间过厂而引起焦糖化反应（所谓的褐变）。这应该属于
产品本身的defect，但一般厂家在追求质量和效益的平衡间会允许一定百分比的defect
。而有些妈妈们提到的一些品牌的奶粉不好冲泡开，就是因为在spray drying过程中一
些工艺条件的设定没有使得rehydration ratio达到optimum，这也是平衡质量和效益的
结果。
我个人比较倾向于相信是干燥过程中产生的一些defects，不过如果妈妈们不放心可以
向相关机构complain. |

认为大伙儿应该更多的从 “理想经济人” 角度做出选择（合法投票之类的都是属于“
理想经济人” 角度，投个票又不费啥事儿）。。。因为我的看法是，真实世界里，你
永远无法避免 8 billion 猴子去 defect / contaminate 这个系统。。。所以只有以
“理想经济人”的角度（当然蝇头小利也不算啥 “理想经济人” 角度），在需要的时

我的本本是今年二月买的，买到的时候就有很多小问题，不过我懒，无视了。
最近屏幕上出现米粒大的小灰点，送到lenovo（说起来，这个小灰点有点奇怪，如果背景有颜色，其实是可以透过这个小灰点看到背景的颜色的，感觉，就好像屏幕上沾了灰似的，当然我很确定地擦过了，不是真的沾了灰。如果是真的dead pixel的话，应该只是一个死气沉沉的小灰点，不可能还能透过点点看得到别的颜色吧？）。
几天后， lenovo打电话来,说那个dead pixel是caused by physical damage，修的话要近一千块。
我说我没有physical damage啊？她轻描淡写地来一句“well, that's hard to prove。”我就噎住了，lol。然后我和她说，要她问一下具体的花费（还有别的一些刚买来就存在的小问题，我也想确认一下花费）。她说她改天打给我（那时是上周五）。
后来我在网上搜了一下，发现我的电脑这个型号的屏幕很多都有这个dead pixel的问题。

replacement--not sure what kind of Generation you'll get though, but you
might get something better? First gen was 2gb and 4gb. I think the minimum
hdd storage for the current iPod nanos is now is 8gb?

联储大印钞票为理由，把美国国债的信用评级从AA降到A+,而TG的国债评级比米国高。
大公前两年想打入美国市场，结果连续被犹太人SHAPIRO控制的SEC否决了2次。
下午国债就无缘无故的迭跌不休，谣言传来说是中国降低了美债的信用评级，交易大厅
的头斥之以鼻的说土共敢吗?然后谣言证实后就一堆分析师说这个TG 有政治目的的，然
后说美国的国债是全世界的评级基准，中国哪里有权来乱评。不过下班前好像以美债为
基准的信用相关的债券SPREAD都变宽了。

美国国会众院外交事务委员会监督和调查小组委员会，下周一(19日)将展开针对原前
重庆市副市长、公安局长王立军案的调查。该小组委员会16日表示，将来也有可能为该
案举行听证会。
小组委员会指出，下周起将只是最初步的搜集证据，了解真相，之后再决定调查的方
向。
有关王立军事件的真相，16日已在重庆市小范围内做了传达，王立军2月6日进入美
国驻成都总领事馆，滞留一天后离开。消息人士证实，王立军在美领馆内填写了申请政
治庇护的表格。

跟这帮自称理科的文科生物wsn实在纠缠不清楚。给丫们上点洋大人自己的说法吧，而
且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
重罪。不过这个比较难的是你无法证实谁接收了你的脑信号。所以立了法跟没立一个样。
