补一个可能有很多人关心的治安问题，但基本限于285之内，仅限我个人的了解，有不
全错漏之处请补正：
Atlanta的治安问题基本是以西南方向最为严重，其中Chattahoochee Avenue以南(含）
，Howell Mill Road以西（不含）及Howell Mill并入Marietta之后（南面）的
Northside Drive（含）以西大部分是比较危险的地方。当然不排除少数例外，如靠近
georgia tech的一段目前状态尚好，但总体上说在这些地方的犯罪率都比较高。另外整
个标为Southwestern Atlanta的地区请不要靠近，同理five points以南的south
downtown地区请尽量不去（除了去DMV、棒球场。。）。但有趣的是离five points不远
的grant park倒是个治安不错的地方。
真正的downtown中心区（酒店区，奥运公园，CNN，球场/球馆）由于目前警察巡逻力度
很大，一般没有什么严重的治安问题（除了下面会提到的砸车偷东西）。

apartment评价过得去，价钱低于1000，google车程在15min之内。想问一下，有没有人
正好住在这几个apartment，或者附近的，可以说说实际的情况，比如 交通，水电气的
费用，治安，维护，什么的。

决了.
后两个那片地区break-in比较多,建议住有门的小区,或者买renter's insurance,不要
住一层,并且出门时
锁好门窗. |

发帖数: 475 | 23 还好先来问一问，要不哪怕是傍晚去实地走走，也未必能看出是红灯区。我们家这有老
有小的，多不好。
2楼说缺点是没有门，我还特别不理解，心想小区要门干什么。我们在纯朴的大农村，
过得是路不拾遗，夜不闭户的生活。邻居之间还特别友好，时常互相帮着看小孩。家里
面种点菜，有多的就互相送点。有段时间，就我一个人在家，邻居们就时不时叫我去吃
顿便饭，省得我一个人在家做饭。真是怀恋啊。
亚特兰大有这样的社区吗？如果有的话，只要我能afford，一定会去住那里的。 |

POST是个挺大的连锁公寓集团，公寓品质不错，管理也可以。
几个地铁站附近都有他们家的公寓。 |

很多人都是上班单程四五十分钟进城的,就为了一个好环境.
水电气费用纯粹就看家庭习惯了,夏天就是空调,冬天就是暖气的费用是大头. |

发帖数: 883 | 29 我的感觉是，城里的，800块钱以下的2居，多少总会有点各种各样的问题。如果希望便
宜，有些问题就要克服一下。比如break-in，如果注意不要租小区里比较偏僻的位置（
如后背对着树林的一层是容易被break-in的。。血泪教训啊），平时注意出门锁好门窗
，还是可以避免的，但要时刻提高警惕。其实，有些1000多块钱，有门的小区，一样有
break-in，这就是这里的城市病吧。。
水费是跟小区比较相关，这里大部分小区没有水表，于是水费是大家均摊的，这样就会
很贵，尤其是sewer，因为大概有很多人马桶漏了是不修的，2居有时能给你跳到80多。
。至少也是60左右。电费就看个人了。我家电费一直保持30块钱一个月，直到有老人过
来电脑电视开的多了，才涨到50。这还是电炉做饭的水平。原来烧气的时候，气也很少
超过30，除了冬天。当然很多人用的更多些，但我觉得电、气的单价还是不贵的。 |

的公司，问他们看中的那个房子，去年同期的水，电是多少。我还没有实践哈，不知道
水电公司里的人会不会觉得涉及别人隐私，拒绝回答。 |

Reportedly the SEALs asked for this because some accessories don't fit
correctly on the Sig rail. IIRC, Kyle Defoor said he had to shim his light
for it to fit correctly. Also, there isn't much holster selection out there
for the MK25 yet as it takes time.
Personally, I have an older folded slide German gun that's has a great
trigger and is extremely accurate, but if I were going to buy one now I
