一般来将，在体内，主要是dendritic cell and B cell来负责抗原呈递。
我想问的是，在体外的情况下，如何将抗原呈递给T细胞?也必须通过dendritic cell
and B cell来实现吗?
还是有什么简单的方法，比如就是将T细胞和抗原共同培养就能实现.

当细胞毒T细胞上的PD-1分子与抗体结合时，免疫细胞能够识别肿瘤细胞，从而对其进行杀伤，图片节选自Nature Video
30日，美国洛克菲勒大学的免疫学家和细胞生物学家拉尔夫·斯坦曼（Ralph Steinman）罹患胰腺癌逝世。
未料，3天后，诺贝奖委员会宣布斯坦曼获得当年生理学或医学奖一半的奖金，以表扬他“发现树突状细胞和其在后天免疫中的作用”。因诺贝尔委员会维持授奖的决定，斯坦曼成为史无前例的唯一一位过世后获诺贝尔奖的学者。
斯坦曼是树突细胞(Dendritic Cell，树突状细胞，简称DC细胞)的最早发现者，晚年致力于基于树突细胞的肿瘤疫苗的研发。他还利用自己研发的疫苗成功地将生命延长了4年，原本他生命最后的时间被医生认为只有一年。
这种方法与魏则西最后接受的DC-CIK疗法类似。
事实上，斯坦曼生前也知道，该疗法对有些人有效，而对另一些则可能无效。所以利用该疗法治疗肿瘤患者，需要加以选择。

这个方法的最大缺陷就是dendritic cell在体外培养的时候即使真的增强了抗原递呈能
力，也没有抗原可以递呈。方法还比较粗糙。
可能需要抗原，抗原递呈细胞，免疫反应细胞co－culture之类的，培养然后筛选有较
好免疫反应的细胞毒T细胞或者其它免疫细胞，然后回输。
目前还做不到啊。 |

一句话的简单回答是：电池背后的化学限制了电池的能量密度。

估计找到之后一般人会有以下想法：
1）电池技术太弱了
2）电池技术大有可为
个别化学好一些的人想法会多一些
3）燃料电池技术将是明日之星。
