己的travel history中departure的录入信息有误，
当年进入美国还是纸质i94，今年1月中离开美国回国就在机场把纸质i94交给航空公司
了，2月中回到美国，现在发觉那个网站上我的departure time竟然在我2月中进入美国
后的10天？难道我现在已经被认为不在美国了？
问1：各位的travel history都正确么？我这种情况要去联系改正么？
查了一下CBP官网上faq，
有这么一条：
What do I need to do if my departure information is incorrect or inaccurate?
Answer: The information provided on the website is information found in CBP
systems. If you are departing by air or sea, your departure is recorded

UA现在的意思是，保持你现有的航空公司不变，在21天之外改日期/时间免费。要是改

过6个月就会引起移民官的注意，超过一年就要有被询问的心理准备。出境超过一年，
移民官就有权要求绿卡持有人放弃居留权，当时还是会批准入境，但今后来美就需要办
理签证。
特殊原因需要离境超过一年的应该提早办理回美证（白皮书），但最长也只有两年有效
期。我认识的人里面有几次出境超过一年多但都顺利过关的，可四年多...I'll keep
my fingers crossed...
如果可以提供医生证明公证书，说明由于健康原因不得以滞留境外可能会有所帮助。

priceline比较senior的specialist沟通了的，仍然是我主贴里说的那样的答复，而且

了我J1的DS2019， 7月12日开始，我6月8日回国，6月11日面谈申请J1签证，计划7月12
日返美。离开这段时间学校A算成带薪假期。我咨询了B相关部门，要交一个 departure
form，他们就会关掉我的F1的SEVIS account。我的问题是如果我6月8日交departure
form，F1的SEVIS account被关掉。我是否就没有资格在A享受带薪假期了？ 我问B相关
部门，电邮回复是”You can just submit a departure form once you have your
travel confirmed".请有类似经历的指导一下我该何时交departure form？谢谢。 |

我是eb1a的绿卡，6月底拿到，之前在版上报过timeline。因为之前用ap有过几次国际
旅行，所以国际办公室一直催着我拿护照和i-94去给他们看因为他们不信我不用visa也
能回美国。当得知我是用ap回美以后，他们说我在用ap的时候h1b就失效了，而且因为
我没有用ead，所以我从用ap开始就一直在非法工作。我当然说他们是错的，然后把
USCIS的memo给他们看，只要我不换雇主，我可以继续合法工作而不用ead。同时我告诉
他们我已经收到了绿卡。他们马上又说我没有及时update我的i-9，所以已经违反了联
邦法。我告诉他们我刚刚拿到绿卡，现在告诉了他们并且愿意update我的i-9。
可是因为他们再三的无理取闹，我不想让他们如愿scan我的绿卡，我说要用我的驾照
，SSN卡和A#来update我的i-9，因为这也是符合要求的文件。可是他们不愿意，只肯用
