无聊在craigslist上找了个美国女生msn聊天
聊了几天她和我说她是minor
我也没多想, 继续聊, 又聊了几天, 具体内容都是些闲话

我一直保持沉默. 到了警局. 警察问我需要找翻译不, 我很怕被判罪, 但更怕丑事被更

其他用过的钱，男方要想要回来恐怕很难，除非他打官司
证明是借给你用的，或者是以结婚为条件的，否则算是礼物，
没有理由要回去的，何况现在是他要分手
完全的民事案件，和deport, in criminal 没有什么联系
建议还留在手上的礼物，金钱什么就还了把，其他的就算了，估计还一些以后
对方也不会再纠缠了 |

男方认为女方lie，但是女方不这么认为，因为钱用在哪里或去了哪里都是从网上的银
行账户一目了然的；双方有个共同账户；只是那个angagement的戒指，女方见男方时，
忘记带在手上，放在别处一时没有找到，仔细找，还是可以找到的。女方也不一定非保
留那个戒指，女方不是很喜欢珠宝。估计找到戒指，就会归还的。
至于其他发生的check额度大概接近3万美金。而且这些钱都是出自双方的共同账户（男
方把女方名字加在他的账户上的），是男方签名的check，只有几千美金是女方用共同
账户debit卡从ATM取的现金。
当时男方给出这些钱，都是从账户可以查到的；现男方想反悔了，从法律角度，他就可
以让女方变成fraud？ |

还马马虎虎，他几个帮手就根本不怎么会英文。 ESTIMATE说$300全部包。
搬家那天，他们来了，把家里物件都抗上TRUCK里。带头老墨突然翻脸说，这个应该$
600我们才给你DROP OFF到你附近的新家，否则我们不干了。我一听就知道被人肉了。于是就默默点了
头。
等他们干完，我把他们的名字，电话和TRUCK牌照给了附近的DHS的OFFICE。人家一查，结果不出
所料，老墨是黑人。DHS马上把他们圈了起来，送到DEPARTMENT OF DETENTION AND REMOVAL。
刚电了下DHS，说已经被送回墨西哥了。
于是，心里窃喜。 |

发帖数: 2443 | 32 今天和律师谈过, 差点给吓坏, 但结果应该是不用坐牢但还是要被deport, 能够完全脱
罪的可能比较低.
最初他说solicitation of a minor是8-10年sentence的felony charge, 我给他看了
chat log, 然后再仔细讨论后, 他说没问题, 应该可以降低为probabtion before
judgment (pbj), 不用坐牢, 不过考虑到国藉问题, 虽然pbj对美藉的不算是有案底,
但对我这个外国人, 根据联邦法就算是刑事纪录, 所以一样要被驱逐送回.
我很痛苦啊. 这生人从未受过这种折磨, 觉得含冤受屈了却又不能和朋友倾诉, 感觉比
恐怖份子还恐怖, 每天行尸走肉, 眼看工作都快要丢了, 但我又可以怎样? 早晚也得丢
的.
如果刑期真的是10年我大可以豁出去, 狠狠的干点什么惊人的, go out with a bang.
抢劫银行啊, 自焚啊, 干掉李刚啊, 不用套子嫖妓啥的, 然后逃到南美当个职业罪犯,
以我这wsn的脑袋, 搞犯罪事业卓卓有余吧.

worry about working illegally. If they got caught and get into deportation
process, more likely, they will be free later and will be granted necessary
immigration benefits along with work authorization.

Nine tourists, including three Britons and two UK-South African nationals,
