、砸烂、烧毁，53人丧失生命，许多人受伤。在拉萨，20座建筑被烧毁，908家店铺、
120间房屋、7所学校、5家医院被砸烂，银行被抢，许多车辆被烧，18平民被杀害或烧
死，400多人被打伤。洛杉矶和拉萨的骚乱者做了同样的事：他们从店铺里拿走所有他
们能搬动的东西，殴打或者干脆杀掉妨碍他们行径的人，烧掉所有他们拿不走的东西。
两地骚乱者的行为都具有仇富特征，表现出渴望通过剥夺他人一夜暴富，以及毁灭一切

他的观点是，我们司法机关不能违反三权分立的原则把德州法律判为违宪。十四修正案

（除非是clinical research), 并明白指出这个动向的原因是：
1。在钱的总数有限的情况下，一个实验室拿到多的钱就会导致另外一个实验室拿到的
钱变少。
2。大实验室对博士后和研究生培养不利，因为导师的注意力被分散了。
3。从统计上来看，大实验室的成果并不和资金成正比

（２） 中文的phonology，是extremely deprived。。。由于我们有语调来区分意思。
因此，我们的元音和辅音的总体数量是世界上最少的。。。。。
因此，Hindi （印度官方语言）向英文转化的问题在中文中不存在。中文的任何名字和
音节都可以在日尔曼语系中找到相当完美的transcription
事实上，我们现在使用的汉语拼音系统是从德语的transcription借用来的（现代汉语
辞典编纂人王力曾经留学德国）
所以，我个人不人为任何中文名字会给老外带来任何发音困难，只要transcription做
适当修正就行 |

income, instead increases the uncertainties and deprives your wife of career
development. Not worth it. Stay with your boss. If you have some
breakthrough (though not very possible now), you will have something to
