几个月很weird，先是8月在其他州（VA）有一个 Vehicle Purchase Reported, 之后10
月出现TITLE REPOSSESSED 的记录。Title Repossessed 解释是因为loan default或者
其他原因Title 被 financial company seized。现在的问题是，这种车能买么？过户
会不会有问题？有没有人用这种方法诈骗的。
