我的第一行是N，说明下面有N行
每一行第一个是组员，第二个是manager，第三个是组员的info
所以默认每一行都是三个元素。我用C#解，hackrank 用起来还真的不习惯，哈。。。
我额外设定了一个变量string，叫CEO。然后person类的设定是 string Name， string
Info，list of string Team。数据结构就是dictionary，key是string Name，value
是这个person类
如果第二个元素和第一个元素相同就不添加到manager的 Team里面，否则就把第一个元
素添加到第二个元素的Team里面
然后就DFS(string name，int depth)，初始化是DFS(CEO，0)，内容就不说了吧，如果
Team.Length 大于0，就 foreach DFS(member，depth+1)
我的depth是用来打印前面的tab(t)的，depth代表tab的个数。。。
肉丝，不知道讲得清楚不。。最终也不知道为什么额被拒绝了。。。面试被拒了也没太

N个月前就至少3家了,现在估计M家都有了.而且depth cam的原理并不复杂,搞出一个dep
cam,绝对不是什么别人干不了的事.为什么开始只有ps做了?因为没有什么应用,别人为
什么花钱搞这个东东?如果没有kinect,谁知道ps?
很多人啥都没看,也不是学cv跟ml的,就觉得从depth cam到kinect是举手之劳,好像随便
一个大学生都做得到.事实上,cv界根本没有这方面的相关research,因为dep cam刚刚出
来而已.你要是能找到一个09年前的关于dep cam做skeleton tracking的academic
paper,我给你我全部伪币.
这个做过cv跟ml的都知道,最难的就是未定集合的大小.一幅人物画,告诉你是两个人中
一个,随便谁都搞得定.告诉你1000人中一个,就比较难了.如果6B中任何一个,还要你尽
快detect,好像还没有任何solution.也许有>linear的算法,但是没有任何nb至极的算法

首先，要得到3D depth有好几种方式：
(1) stereo camera:用两个平行放置的摄像头来采集一对图像，计算图像中沿着水平线
的视差
(disparity)，然后来计算3d depth。这种方法计算量很大(速度慢)，精度也不太稳定
，所以离
家庭中的实用还很远；
(2) structured lighting:这种方法是用一个光源投出各种预先设计好的图案到物体上
，根据
投射后看到的图案来估计物体的三维结构。PrimeSense的camera应该是属于这种，它用
左边的一
个红外投影仪每秒投出几十个structured pattern，再用右边的红外摄像机来采集、分
析图像，
计算出3维深度图。这种方法很适合封闭环境下的短距离的成像，比如说家庭里；速度
也很快，每秒
30帧，精度也不错。
(3) 3d scanning: 这种方法用一束红外激光在三维空间中扫描，根据反射光的相位变

现代艺术可以说是对古典艺术的反动。当古典艺术的大师们把各种艺术表现形式都已做
到了极致的时候，现代艺术家们要想在同样的艺术形式上超越他们基本上是mission
impossible.于是乎他们被逼去求新，求变。做出各种各样的疯傻出格的行为，打破各
种各样的条条框框，希望能够破而后立。"破"is the easy part, 要想“立”又谈何容
易。说得好听点，现代艺术家们很幸运，因为他们自由，没有任何条条框框的束缚；说
得难听点，他们也很可怜，因为他们缺乏一个方向感，一直都在黑暗中摸索。中国文学

不知在这问合时不？
Maximum Depth of Binary Tree

if (root == NULL) return 0;
return max(maxDepth(root->left), maxDepth(root->right)) +1;
}
这个accept了， 可是感觉每个depth都多了 1, 比如，只有一个node的tree，理论上
depth应该是0吧，我对depth的概念理解有错吗？ |

Read-pair: Breakdancer
Split-Read: Pindel
一般就是上面三种metrics来通过NGS找CNV，也是1000Ｇenome project用的办法;
CNVnator(read-depth)这个慢慢会被淘汰，因为read-depth本来就不是个很靠谱的东西
，除非你有个很明显的large deletion，不然read alignment本身就有很多
fluctuation，容易有很多false positive；总之CNVnator是挺不靠谱的，但也算是
read-depth里最好的了
Split-read是最accurate的，也是method for future；当然你要说真正未来的trend，
应该是assembly，但对sequencing数据本身要求很高，需要很高的coverage，要long
reads
Mrfast之类是另外一个门派（Ｅichler lab），核心是基于multiple alignment；目的

DELLY其实是比较新的软件，综合了paired-end discordant和split-read两种signal来
make calls，自然是不错的，而且也是1000genome使用的软件之一，而且最后结果提供
vcf format
SV领域最早最原始的三个软件，我个人认为的，read-depth的CNVnator；discordant的
breakdancer；以及split-read的Pindel；后续陆陆续续出来了很多类似软件，其实大
同小异，很多都是为了发文章而发文章的trash paper。上面说的三个软件，虽然都是
基于一种signal，但都算元老，1000genome使用的软件，而且关键是有四五年历史，很
多人使用，所以一直在update，debug，maintain，使用起来比较上手。但CNVnator是
不可能计算translocation的，Pindel可以找到translocation但Pindel是针对比较小的
structural variation，因为big SV的computational cost太高
