不得不说，这一次西方媒体真的没有太多见。
主要以一些所谓的华裔，海外，所谓高级知识份子为主。
比如所谓旅加华人地质学教授嵇少丞，在其博客［不得不说，从海巡轮看中国科技的落
后现状！］中假借西方媒体之口宣称，海巡01所携带的探测器探测距离只有水下200米。
可是事实真的如此吗？
首先，我查阅了海巡01所携带的水声探测器的生产厂家的宣传资料。
对的，没错，这里是有一个600ft ，183m的参数，可是这个参数叫做depth rating，可
操作深度，即是这个水声探测器，可以在183米的水深中工作。但是这个数值，却并非
其可探测深度。
在网络上继续搜索其技术资料无果后，我给这个探测器生产厂家的技术经理写了一封
email作为咨询，并且在几个小时后得到了回复。
根据其提供的数据可见，确实，海巡一号所携带的水声探测器最佳探测距离有限，
只有不到2000米，但是绝非这位所谓教授专家所指的两百米。
真是不知道凭着这半吊子分不清depth rating和detecting range的英文水平，嵇少丞
是如何在加拿大混成个教授的。

Every now and then, someone will try to prevent a debate about global
warming by claiming that a consensus of earth scientists supports the
existence of anthropogenic global warming. Well, that so-called “consensus
” is imaginary.
In July of 2008, The Hindu newspaper (India’s national newspaper) published

但是从技术上，uber 这是事故只是证实了the technology is not there. 首先只是
LiDar测距的精准度，其次LiDar也有难于处理的反光问题，还有infrared camera能
catch depth吗？capture depth的有效范围怎样，精准度如何？整个Uber自驾 系统的
精确度如何？谁测试的？技术如此不完善就往外推自驾车，完全是uber的错。

严谨的，不象这些做software engineering,尤其学校里出来的，完全没有一点儿
rngineering的概念，出事是必然的。

发帖数: 252 | 50 查过了，轮胎是RF的磨损稍微厉害一点，tread depth大概比RL的浅1x2/32英寸（按2/
32英寸为单位计算，四个轮胎的tread depth分别是LF=8，LR=5，RF=7，RR=5），按道
理说车子偏右，方向盘偏左才对，现在为什么方向盘偏右？难道不是alignment质量问
题？ |
