人家培养生物杂交品种是要淘汰毁灭一大批不成功的杂种，留下个别碰巧集合了优秀基

昨儿终于把奥斯卡看了几眼，因为电影都没看过，比如那个开头，都不知道在说啥。就
像当初住校，周末回了趟家就跟不上形势了。虽然大多还是那几个老人，但他们又折腾
出了新事儿，有了新的黑话切口。俺只好在旁边呆头傻乐。
阿汤哥又整了一部MI啊，茱莉好像瘦得有点可怕了，啥个贝尔今年终于知道长啥样了，
伊丽莎白泰勒老奶奶去世啦去年？！Hugo敢情跟雨果没啥关系啊，Artist是法国人整的
默片啊，棒球片如我所料看都没看就知道根本没戏啊，老帅哥克鲁尼咋就一年比一年呼
声越来越高呢？Up in the air我还没跟上呢，人都已经Descendant了！
作为一个重度老年痴呆症患者，俺感到亚历山大，用文艺点的话说：Bein an AD is no
box of chocolate!

a speedometer is something you don't need anymore when you are a seasoned
rider like laden. so yes, it's really helpful and well worth the money. but
don't think that makes it safer when you descend. what you need is focusing.
look ahead and anticipate. develop some skills (search the forum for that).
go easy when you are not sure. the sense of safe descending speed is
developed by feeling it, not by hitting a number.

我是30多岁才开始学的，只会自由泳和蛙泳。 最近几年游得比较有规律，一般一星期2
-4次，45-60分钟，就是去lap swim， 大多游自由泳，再就是flutter kick, 速度好
像越来越慢了， 我还一直跑步。 LG 一直在上游泳课, 一星期2次，不做别的运动，却
越来越快 （12分钟700 yards），我自己测了一下，我顶多游475y. 于是也报了同样
的游泳课 （我早上, 他晚上）。
目标：
1） 12分钟 600 yards (update: 650 yards) in one year. Life time goal： 平均
速度50yards/min swim

LOL 民科扯淡哪！要是遗传到双方的糟糕基因就要更恐怖了。有白人容易过敏发胖皮肤
癌多毛的基因，有的黄种人的弱点基因什么得肝炎什么的都到那后代身上就搞笑了。
人家培养生物杂交品种是要淘汰毁灭一大批不成功的杂种，留下个别碰巧集合了优秀基
因的下来，然后再和同样优胜劣汰的个体混合，再淘汰再培育很多代才能得到稳定的成
功品种。
人类生孩子能生10个8个然后掐死绝大部分不成功的失败杂种，留下一个成功的优秀杂

昨儿终于把奥斯卡看了几眼，因为电影都没看过，比如那个开头，都不知道在说啥。就
像当初住校，周末回了趟家就跟不上形势了。虽然大多还是那几个老人，但他们又折腾
出了新事儿，有了新的黑话切口。俺只好在旁边呆头傻乐。
阿汤哥又整了一部MI啊，茱莉好像瘦得有点可怕了，啥个贝尔今年终于知道长啥样了，
伊丽莎白泰勒老奶奶去世啦去年？！Hugo敢情跟雨果没啥关系啊，Artist是法国人整的
默片啊，棒球片如我所料看都没看就知道根本没戏啊，老帅哥克鲁尼咋就一年比一年呼
声越来越高呢？Up in the air我还没跟上呢，人都已经Descendant了！
作为一个重度老年痴呆症患者，俺感到亚历山大，用文艺点的话说：Bein an AD is no
box of chocolate!

不是人把神与受造之物列在一类中，是基督自己为了救赎人类而愿意与人同等。

摩西不也是受造之物吗！一个人能否代替上帝，是看上帝要怎样用他。
