和Batch Gradient Descent的区别和联系。一般来说，计算梯度如果在数据量很大的时
候根本算不了，就算内存足够大计算速度也很慢，随机梯度下降法减少了每一步计算梯
度所需要的数据量，大大加快了计算速度。尽管需要的iteration增加了指数级别但总
的计算时间缩短了。在很多real-world online learning的问题中SGD很好的解决了由
于数据进来的方式是sequential的导致GD不能work的情况，而且通过增加iteration的
次数来有效减少每一次iteration所需要的计算量，是一个非常有效的算法。 |

查了一下，backslash用least square方法先把overdetermined system的coefficent

features。 结果和newton raphson 迭代的结果差不多。 但是一般feature 多了。 结

事实上就是解方程, 很多时候也是加上regularization项后转化成
优化问题. 数据量大的时候, 全量的graident descent根本没法做,
只能是SGD. 就是内存够大, SGD也会比GD收敛得快. 一般来说
batch size的最优值在1到N之间. 纯粹的stochastic GC, 也就是

其实下降还是descent的本义，血统是引申义
估计他联系上下文的能力也不是太理想，否则descent前面用的修饰语是deliberate，
句子末尾又有from heaven to earth，将descent作血统解很难说得通啊 |

Bear Mountain 50 Miles. It was a very last minute decision inspired by Pen

它开篇的例子是说，给定1000个数据，就能够达到5%的generation error。那么我有10
倍1000的数据，意味着我有更多的资源，我training的performance不应该比资源少的
时候更差。
你说的stochastic gradient descent在这里是有道理的。数据少的时候，你为什么不
能用stochastic gradient descent？为什么每个数据要反复看，反复纠正你的margin
？你不确定training出来到底好不好，所以必须找尽量的margin，给你尽量大的
classification confidence。
当你数据多的时候，为什么可以用stochastic gradient descent？因为你数据多，即
便每个数据的利用度很低，总共扫完所有数据之后，我一样可以达到一个比较准确的分
界面。
于是，stochastic gradient descent每个数据只扫一遍，当然就比原先反复看，
interoir point反复迭代得快了。

television that offended people of Chinese descent across the country,
marched in protest Saturday in downtown Raleigh.
The protesters were outraged at ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” On Oct. 16,
