Job Title是Software QA/Automation Test Engineers
最近收到DOL的回复给的SOC code是15-1132， occupation title是Software
Developers, Applications
由于Dev的工资比较高，现在公司只能给level2的工资，就只能走EB3.如果DOL认为我是
tester的话，同样的工资是level3，就能走EB2.
请问怎么能让DOL认为我是tester？还是说不能改了。 |

under Lead. MS is very hard, if not impossible to make itself agile. When a
GM has only 2 dev manager, why would he need a director to manage those 2
manager and has only one direct report + the secretary,oh wait, architect
and other a bunch of high level PMs. If you go through the tree, the funny
part is that people that contribute code count less than 20% of the
headcounts in that org. |

系. 对于OS的底层来说. 普通的STE是不够的, 不是SDET写好AUTOMATION随便拿给
VENDOR就可以RUN的. 万一BREAK了怎么办. 外面的VENDOR不是那么容易了解KERNAL层的
东西的. 但是对ONLINE的很多东西来说, 比如LIVE SPACE, 我觉得90%让VENDOR来测试
就足够了. |
