发帖数: 7549 | 16 太tricky了，完全无法预测。就算进组时oncall情况很好，也可能半年内就急剧恶化。
比如：
1. 码工和service越来越多，就分裂成几个小组，各own一部分service，分开oncall。
rotation一下子变小，可能每个月轮一次。
2. 像parse这样，本来有ops扛着primary oncall，人员流失后dev得上前线了。
组里人变多或变少或其它reorg都可能导致oncall变得很痛苦。而且变坏的可能性最大
，我还真没见过变好的例子。 |

础知识认识错误，估计意见是大修，第二个reviewer不知道撞到什么枪口上了，感觉对
我这个文章有偏见，寥寥几行字，完全没有仔细看文章，提的问题里面有些我在正文中
都写了还有图他根本没看到。给出的意见是不适合在杂志发表。编辑意见：拒。然后我
们不忿申诉，写了10多页的申诉信，针对reviewer的意见一条条回答反驳，感觉编辑还
是挺负责的，根据我们写的计划又提了几个意见说最好这样去回答：Thank you for

希望你自己可以用实验数据来说服他们，但如果你们新的实验结果不solid，editor最
后肯定帮不了你。Dev Cell，G&D，和JCB都是有名的picky杂志，水平也差不多，但很
多可以上Nature系列的文章他们不一定能看的上眼。我要是你，在准备DC的revision的
时候，会先试一下JCB或PNAS，exclude掉你怀疑的那两个reviewer。

tidbit to note: Fat Princess was actually a work-in-progress title, but the

为什么没有装arch或者debian是因为看到有人说pogoplug自带的ntfs驱动比ntfs-3g性
能好，就想用原系统加装optware来安装samba共享。而且如果还想用my.pogoplug.com
也可以直接用。还没有实验过到底是自带的ntfs驱动快还是ntfs-3g快，就当瞎折腾了
，呵呵。
本说明基于POGO-E02，不保证在其他版本的pogoplug上也工作。对于使用本安装说明引
起的任何损失概不负责。

examine检查显示magic和Array UUID都是正确的，而且state也是clean。有什么办法能

Utility菜单中已经将大小改为30G，按照网上一些资料的说明，剩余的步骤便是在
Ubuntu系统内部增加disk partition的大小。但似乎中间结果和网上写的有些不一样，
导致无法继续。具体过程如下：(assume所有命令都在sudo下）
$ fdisk /dev/sda 然后输p，显示：
