平均值去normalize mutant的数据。（就是拿每一个mutant数据去除以wt的平均值）。

以前做biochemistry，用纯化样品，比如酶，triplicate结果就可以发表了，大家一般
就做个standard deviation的error bar。
现在类似的实验，检测single-molecule信号。比如挑5000个分子，然后算出有信号的
比例（不好简单地估计standard deviation）。我现在的操作也是也triplicate，然后
算出error bar。
我的问题是，有没有必要算confidence interval？比如用Student’s t test，n=3，
confidence interval用实验的standard deviation算，感觉就像是个redundant的值。
不知道这种基于单分子平均信号的数据，有没有标准的处理？ |

是within-subject 的, 也就是每个人不同测量之间的差别. 这个和最后的t test 没关
系. 和t test有关的是每个组(不同人之间)的standard deviation, 这个依赖于你的t
test 怎么做, 是假设equal variance还是unequal variance. |
