bridge 指的是 1043.
调线的时候，你可以分别上 AC68U，1043 是否上线吗？找对应的 MAC
地址。然后你实验一下在 1043 重起一下 wifi 是否能解决。
Openwrt 就是跑 “wifi”。DDWRT 不清楚。
如果可以从新上线就是需要个脚本，ping 不通 AC68U 就 restart wifi.
这个比较恶心，但是你这个情况估计没有什么其他 magic 的办法。
似乎就是 wifi 不稳定。这个是我比较痛恨的情况。
这个正常。那种 bridge 模式本来就是个 Hack。
你指定了地址，估计那个 wifi script 在连接 client mode 的时候自动
DHCP 了地址。如果你确定是用了 bridge 模式不是client 模式，
这个听上去像是 DDWRT 不应该 DHCP 的问题。 |

168.0.x的ip。这时关掉tp-link的DHCP，电脑A和B的ip怎么决定？会因为之前的DHCP
lease还没到期，所以保持不变？还是说这时电脑A／B会失去ip？
如果是前者，当电力猫接入后，电脑A和B为何会从主路由拿新ip，而不是沿用之前的ip？

然后通过网线接了一个Linksys WRTP54G voip路由， 关闭了NAT和DHCP，只联了一个电
话机，纯当VOIP adapter.
症状是Linksys时间不能sync，一直显示2003年，可以设置日期和时间，但是一会儿时
间就会变慢。
试过几种连接方式，都没效果
1. FIOS router LAN口连网线到Linksys WAN
linksys 选择自动获取ip，在主网络里面linksys ip是192.168.1.158，然后我可以直
接通过这个ip access linksys的web UI。linksys默认ip是192.168.15.1，DNS什么都
是0。SNTP设置试过留空选自动sync，也试了manual, 填入网上找的NTP server的地址
。都无效。
2. FIOS router LAN口连网线到Linksys LAN口 （如果接它的WAN口，网路不通，电话
没拨号音）

Modem串联两个Router，先过RouterA，再到RouterB。
自然掩码设的都是255.255.255.0
现在10-20组内可互ping，
100-250组内可互ping，
但组间ping不通。
哪儿的毛病？

原来的router用的是FIOS ActionTec MI424WR,想把FIOS router改成bridge模式,该硬
件型号如下:
Mode Name: MI424WR-GEN3I

Hardware Version: I
改动了Fios router broadband connection网络设置,IP地址不收,桥接到Ethernet/
coax上.然后R6900V2开启router模式.重启后,网络正常工作.R6900V2收到FIOS的动态IP
,无线和局域网都工作正常.
以为设置完备.半夜起来发现上不了Internet.发现问题Fios router leased 的VERIZON
DHCP的IP地址可能过期了,但是这样设置不能自动从broadband connection去renew IP
,于是 VERIZON DHCP提供的IP地址空白.
请大牛赐教怎样解决. |

下也不会得到一个新的ip,所以和这个是没有关系的，就是iis中的设置，你可以设置成an
onymous 访问的就可以了。
我不知道你是不是通过学校的dhcp server，如果是的话，再不安装任何保护软件的情况
下，就让任何人都访问，很有可能学校那里不允许的，或者再你用过一段时间后，就会发
现你的机器然后让你的机器根本工作，我是说access internet,当然别人也甭想访问你的
网页了。
我的学校就是这么干的，你还是先安装一个patch,然后再run web server比较好。 |

原来四台机器通过一个HUB连接至一个ROUTER再连接至DSL Modem。四台机器使用内部地址，ROUTER使用ISP提供的STATIC地址。由于最近要加一台网页服务器，决定向ISP购买了另外一个固定IP地址，问题是这台服务器不能接到于其它四台机器连接的HUB上（网段不同），但尝试将另一台HUB接至DSL MODEM后，然后一条线接到ROUTER， 一条线接到服务器，但是行不通。如何解决？
原来配置：

ISP---》DSL MODEM--》ROUTER--》HUB1-----Machine2

器上是好的。无论dhcp来获得ip还是手动设定这个网线的ip都上不了网。
ipconfig /renew 总是失败，用winipcfg.exe来renew也失败："DHCP server unav
aliable" ，昨天发现不能上网，重装了网卡，改了注册表里winsock，都不行，今
天重装了系统竟然也不行，茫然中....

if it can answer DHCP from other devices, than you can do modem -> adapter -> router;
otherwise you have to put router in front of adapter.
the reason to put adaptor in front of router is that the voip phone probably
need to use a public IP. you technically can assign a NAT-ed IP to the voip phone,
but you have to really figure out how voip phone does call setup. otherwise you'll
not get the voice one way or both way. |

以前工作基本正常，偶尔会发生开机连不上router的情况，拔掉电源重启可以解决。
最近，每次开机我都连不上router，repair也不行。非得重启router，而且只要重启就
可以解决。
猜想可能是router DHCP的问题，昨天把dhcp关掉了，手动制定机器ip为192.168.0.6。
可是今天开机还是一样连不上。
这是怎么回事呢？怎么才能解决？ |

modem设成bridge模式，关掉dhcp。用电脑连上
router，设成pppoe连接类型，输入你的dsl用户名
和密码。开启router的dhcp。再把modem的ethernet
输出连到router的internet输入，看看能否获得ip地址
和连到外面。

跟这台机器相连的其他windows clients，把dns指向这台机器。但是在wins里面的选项
，如果diable netbios，那么机器的郁闷根本无法解析；但是如果将这个有关netbios
的设置设为default(use netbios setting from the dhcp server. if static ip
address is used or the dhcp server does not provide netbios setting, enable
netbios over tcp/ip),则域名可以正确被解析。不知道是什么道理。。 |

option to configure the dhcp behavior in virtualbox networking. After all
the guess still gets the 10.0.2.x address from that, so it should be
possible to configure what dns to go with the dhcp allocation.

ssh的22端口，ftp端口，mitbbs的web radio：8000端口。
硬件要求：
1。能够刷tomato firmware的路由器
2。路由器用了dyndns注册了域名
3。路由器启动了openvpn server功能。
4。一个跑linux的笔记本
基本原理：
在路由器上启动vpn server服务，端口设在443上。
笔记本通过openvpn client，与路由器之间建立一个vpn安全连接，
所有的网络包都先转发到路由器上openvpn server。然后再上internet
因此，笔记本上能够用到的带宽，基本就是dsl路由器上传的带宽了。
一般dsl上传带宽就300－600kbps，不做大量下载，还够用。
vpn的认证方式有两种：static key和TLS，以下步骤是TLS用的，static key应该更简
单的。

e.g. make them both dhcp, 1 dhcp/1 static ...
every once a while i found 2 default gateway from "route" command,
1 for each NIC.
How to keep only 1 of them pls ? |

ubuntu把DNS manager换成了dnsmasq，本来应该是让VPN更灵活可以对不同的domain用
不同的DNS，结果ubuntu不知道啥地方没搞对现在反倒弄得不可以用了。
server端push dhcp option DNS不工作，client.conf中push dhcp option DOMAIN ...
也没任何作用。这TMD怎么搞啊？update-resolv-conf是不行的因为dnsmasq压根儿就
没建resolv.conf ...
service一看dnsmasq根本没在运行... 可能是network manager运行之后就把它关了，
太坑爹了
以前完全没用过dnsmasq，谁知道这坑爹玩意儿怎么让server端push下来的DNS工作？
太多问题了，准备说服领导别用坑爹的ubuntu了，用win7+Vbox多方便啊，用arch她又

Any specific reason why you use udhcpc instead of isc-dhcp?
Maybe you should learn some basic about dhcp first, even Linux. If you kill
a proc, how do you expect it to do things for you afterwards? |
