发帖数: 231 | 18 我家宝宝也是两周不到就每顿吃4oz了。。。刚开始我们也怕喂多了，但他不吃够那么
多就睡不安稳。好的是他吃了那么多以后就主动不再吃了，想把奶嘴在硬塞回去都会被
他坚决的用舌头顶出来，而且至今为止就吐过一次奶，所以我们觉得他是知道饱的，也
就没那么担心了。现在宝宝快满月了，食量也就稳定在这么多，没有再长。每顿4oz，
每天7顿 （白天3小时一次，晚上4小时一次），一天总量控制在30oz左右。可能有些宝
宝天生能吃吧。。。
他也经常吃的同时就放屁或者是拉，但我比较后妈，一般都等到下次喂之前再给他换尿
布。。。前两周我们是混合喂的，因为奶水不够，那时候便便很多。两周后开始全母乳
，大便几乎还是每次换都有一点，但比吃formula的时候少多了。所以我觉得这大便跟
吃什么还是很有关系的，别人的经验不一定适用于你，只要确定不是diarrhea就还好吧

度，很吓人。去看过急症和儿医。把经验和建议写下来，希望对生病的小朋友有点帮助。
小朋友上个星期天早上7-8点开始大便稀，拉了三次，爷爷奶奶告诉以后，我们就给儿
医打电话，回话的护士问，有没有发烧，有没有呕吐，答没有，护士说，那不用担心，
自己在家观察。中午小朋友喝完奶开始身体发热，头上全是汗，身上也很烫，抱怀里就
一个小火炉，虽然肛门温度还在99.5以下。我严重怀疑我家体温计坏了，尝试给小朋友
喂 little fever, 小家伙喝了一小勺，做了个很难喝的表情，然后把5oz奶全吐了出来
。又给儿医打电话，护士还是忽悠我们，说没发烧呢，没事。结果两个小时以后，肛门
温度上到102度。鉴于小朋友拒绝奶和水，更别提喂泰诺，就带着小家伙去ER了。
去了ER,护士给屁股里塞了泰诺，然后开始了长达4小时的等待(4-8)。好不容易见到医
生，给验了尿，排除了尿道感染。然后就是建议用pedialyte,可惜我家小朋友不合作，
怎么都不喝。医生看她哭着眼泪哗哗的，嘴唇也每干，建议我们要么留下来输液，要么

发帖数: 4927 | 26 前阵子我家的也莫名其妙拉过几天肚子，没有发烧倒是。但小朋友真是大伤元气，以前
发烧什么的都还满地乱跑，拉肚子几天都在我身上挂着，后来好了之后还又挂了好几天
才重新愿意自己玩的。
医生就说，如果是细菌感染就得吃抗生素，如果是病毒感染，那么吃抗生素还会拉肚子
更严重。结果等poop化验出来不是细菌感染，小朋友都已经好了。
其实拉肚子也很好对付，就是BRAT - banana, rice, applesauce和toast，或者BRATY
- 加个yogurt。还有就是拼命喝水。
当然如果出现脱水症状（哭没有眼泪，黑眼圈，脸肿等等）就严重了，得去ER吊水。

经5次了。每次的量不多，黄色，有时有点冻冻状，有时有点软软的小浅黄白颗粒。她
的胃口反而更好了，一天能吃30oz。没发过烧，但一直有点咳嗽，有痰。
以前也有过一次一天拉了好几次，不过第二天就好了。所以本来以为这次也能一两天就
好了，结果四天了还不见好，今天早上撑不住了去了医院。咳嗽有痰的事医生说耳朵没
有感染，肺部很干净，就是普通感冒，这么小的孩子不给任何药物。拉肚子的事她也说
没事，给推荐了Diarrhea Formula,说这个是soy的，能让粑粑粘一些，少拉几次，让吃
一周之后再换回原来的奶粉。我问要是过几天还没好，还要过来看么，她说不用来了，
没什么大事。
宝宝3个月之后纯吃配方奶，从一出生就一直吃S家最普通的蓝瓶的配方奶，前四个月一
直吃的奶粉，最近一个月吃的液体奶。从医院出来就去了Walmart，结果没有医生说的
那种奶。从时间上看也不像是液体奶的原因，因为已经吃了一个月了，这周才开始拉的
。也有可能是之前夜里蹬被子着凉了，但是一发现她拉肚子了，就很注意保暖了。

BTW, it is very easy for buttock skin to get irritated during diarrhea. I
bought cotton balls (the ones used for facial cleaning) from grocery stores

妈妈的乳母不算太多，一直是母乳加formula。上个月底，母乳彻底没有了，就全部是
formula。
宝宝现在白天拉四次大便，查了baby diarrhea的症状，也打电话给医生了，因为没发
烧，肚子也不疼，大便没血，没脱水，精神也挺好，所以医生说可以给看看，不建议给
药。
大家觉得这样的宝宝自己会好吗？有什么办法能让宝宝好起来啊？

FYI, 医生make a diagnosis based on history, physical exam, and may need
appropriate labs. 你电话里告诉医生的基本上只能算history那一部分，在俺们的（
subjective,objective,assessment,plan里只能算subjective那部分）。所以听起来有
点严重的为了保险起见都被俺打发到ER去了。
不过有的家长对孩子不付责任的，平时不按时随访的，记不住daily medication药名的

查细菌还
在，所以让吃更强的抗生素。问题是3年前怀老大的时候吃过同样的，住院了4天因
为引起很严重的diarrhea,而且还有宫缩。当时也是大概32，33周。医生还说如果宫
缩引起开指，就要把宝宝提前取出来。当时把我和老公吓坏了。还好没有那么严重，
住了4天医院就好了，元气大伤。
这次又让吃，剂量小了一些，上次835毫克/tablet，这次500。 可是心理还是很不安阿
