this kind of thing. Never think dietary supplement (DS) (a type of food) as
medicine. It's a less regulated industry because they are regulated as special
food. as long as DS don't claim any medical effect and do not contain any
active drug ingredient, they can be sold in the US as DS with proper label on
it.
For what you mentioned, because anything containing carcinogenic ingredient
will violate Delaney Clause.

在气管插管全麻下进行剖腹探查术+（直肠癌）横结肠造口术，术中证实为直肠癌伴广

Drugs need to have clinically proven efficacy. There is a list

癌症晚期病人，如果不能进食，靠这个“能量合剂”绝对不可能提供足够能量，而且吃
进去就吐出来。这时候都需要开放静脉营养，绝对不能靠这个合剂。
所以你看，人家的功用也没提给癌症病人用，只是忽悠健康人。

"1998年三位美国科学家确实因为“一氧化氮是心血管系统中的信号因子”这一成果获
得诺贝尔奖。有研究表明，一氧化氮对心血管或神经系统疾病有疗效。
但是，这个产品有没有这么神奇很值得怀疑。我查了一下，此物(Prenorex)的主要成分
是精氨酸, 瓜氨酸, 柠檬酸钙, 锰, 绿茶提取物, 硫氨酸, 纤维素, 维生素C, 维生素E
及叶酸。 就是一些氨基酸和维生素，这可以做为保健品，但不是药。这是dietary
supplement , 也就是饮食辅助。服用Prenorex可能会增加体内的一氧化氮含量，但是
我不认为这是一种神奇的新药可以医治那么多的毛病 。
关于Prenorex， 网上的原版英文资料很少，几乎所有的搜素都指向美国好时威（
Healthway）生物科技公司, 而这是一个华人创建的公司，我想它的主要服务对象是华
人。美国的药店我没有查到有这个东西卖的。另外我在美国FDA的网上没有发现任何与
