for the exam, you need to select a 3-month exam period and pay for the exam.
At the same time, they will start to check your diploma with your medical
school (the so called medical education credentials). You are allowed to
take all the exams before your diploma is finally validated with your

证上的问题，CS报名被rejected了，说是
“You certified you graduated from medical school. However, you did not
submit a photocopy of your final medical diploma, a graduation letter, or
an official English translation of the diploma or graduation letter.”
ECFMG的信里说得重新申请在线报名。不知道有没有版上的前辈也遭遇过类似的情况。
这算不算是补交材料呢？还是彻底重头再来了？另外，Form186不用再交了把，是不是
在线报名之后交Form187和学位证翻译件与复印件就可以了呢？

The diploma here should be equal to Bachelor of Medicine in China.
You probably have this diploma before or during your internship in China.
You may say no, if you want to save your time. I said no to both the
internship and the clerkship questions. It doesn't matter for your match.
They did that only for their statistic as sort of a questionnaire. |

?今天在alis.gov的网站上看到alberta（想去Alberta)对rn educational要求是In
Alberta, registered nurse status requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in
nursing. 不明白diploma和degree有什么区别，我这样的两年大专学历可以考吗？
另外，看到考alberta的RN license要过很多关，language, assessment, and exam。
我现在已经怕了，不光选择题，还有short-answer |

thing. You are not supposed to transfer college (tertiary levl study)
credits becuase your study is secondary level. Practical Nursing is
typically considered secondary level. Of course, if you have junior college
diploma (大专）， that will be equivalent to ADN, that is a different story.
The diploma program, if is completed at a hospital school of nursing, is
supposed to be in between Practical nursing and ADN, and should be

美国DIPLOMA， ADN 就可以当RN
加拿大新的现在只能BSN当RN,已经没有ADN了
加拿大的LPN 是两年制，Diploma毕业。 Acute care 到处是LPN, 我之前用LPN在
surgical一年。 和RN的区别，好像除了血液制品不行，其他都可以，输血过程，前十
五分钟RN，其他都可以是LPN. IV,CVC,PICC都可以。。
怎么觉得美国的LPN Skill 如此LIMITED....
我在的省，LPN 起薪24.RN 33， 我读BSN 就是冲着这9块钱的差距，其实Skill真没差

这个是part-time学，学费是2万刀，学完六门课可以拿一个diploma。现在本人比较犹
豫，不知道读出这个对自己有没有用。所以想请教一下大家，york的financial
engineering program这种档次的，而且只能拿diploma，读出来对自己的事业有帮助吗
？2万刀的投资值吗？

学统计的, 总可以找生物统计的工作(药厂, 医院, FDA)
但是学生物统计的, 找其他统计的工作(IT, 银行, 市场研究)
很多时候, 那个"Bio"的字样, 还是让雇主不爽.
现在无论是统计系, 还是生物统计系, 都是做生统方向的研究,
因为fund主要来自那里, 可是论拿学位, 如果有选择的话, 我觉得
还是尽量拿个不带着Bio字样的好.
换句话说, 你虽然做biostat的研究, 但是只要你的diploma上写的
stat, 雇主往往认为你是把统计应用在生物方面(当然也可以应用在
别的方面啦). 可是如果你的diploma上写的biostat, 这就给人感觉
你学的就是专门给生物用的统计. |
