有个大学同学，现在没法比了，这家伙在湾区科技公司做了3年后去了沃顿读mba，马上要回国做投资了，底薪是我两年的薪水，bonus据说是2-3倍薪水。我今年29了，也工作了5年了，虽说有房有车，但是在湾区感觉很压抑，很不爽。
我觉得自己还算可以，今年29，大公司里做director，base有个16w，option和股票一年也就不到2w，bonus最好也只有30%，这个哥们儿在一家外资pe做，实力是有的，但是同学之间也没有那么大差别。 |

上学期期末他跟我说会给我我上学期的ta做我一门课的ta, 另一门课他会assign别人给
我extra的help.
这礼拜马上开学我觉得不对劲, 我问他, 果然没有人做另一门graduate课的ta. 他
的理由, 刚开始是学生可能只有十几个人, 你改改不就成了. 后来我跟他说不止, 他
发现学生快三十个, 理由变成: 你这课没人上过, 没上过的不能做ta, 正在上的也不能
做. 那我是新人, 自然没人上过, 我是无所谓ta上没上过. 不就是对答案嘛. 如果我从
头开始看答案, 花的时间就不一样了. 我就这么跟他解释了.
我还在等director的回复. 估摸着director还是坚持, 那我要跟chair说说吗? 不想跟
同事有瓜葛, 但是又觉得改作业真的很占时间, 本来research就不好, 这学期要加把劲
了. 而且这学期两门课我都没教过. |
