disability，具体而言, certain level of disability on
reproduction related functionality at mental level。。。
如果这么类比的话，确实不应该歧视 disability，但另一方面，
也不应该提倡自残。。。
有人可能会说，提倡自残是个无稽之谈。。。我这么说，提倡自杀对于
精神正常的怕死鬼当然屁事没有。。。但是对于有自杀倾向的精神问题
患者，那真的不好说。。。特别是对于娃娃们，看看 Palo Alto 的
Gunn High 的卧轨问题，这个不是空穴来风。。。（当然对于铁了心寻
死的，你提倡不提倡也确实是差别不大，虽然基于人性关怀你也不能
催人说哥们您快跳，跳完了一了百了新闻车、救护车、消防车都可以
回家吃饭。。。）。。。
另一方面，政治正确的说。。。需要政治正确的场合，确实不应该把
LGBT 说成是 disability，其中最重要的考量，是 LGBT 的 mental health

政治不正确的说，我觉得弯的vs直的，大概可以介于minority vs majority 到
abnormal vs normal之间。高院承认了minority的合法地位，但是LB要求的是社会认可
他们normal。
我完全理解你对于“LGBT要在中小学开展LGBT是天赋人权的教育”的担心，也理解你下
面关于自杀自残的讨论。但是你的担心和假设，都是基于“孩子自身的性倾向会受到中
小学教育的影响”；而LB要求的应该是“孩子对不同人可以有不同性倾向的理解会受到
中小学教育的影响”。
所以，问题的核心在于，纯粹出于科学探讨，有没有研究表明，一个人的性倾向是天生
由基因决定的，还是后天环境造就的？
换句话说，天生是直的，能不能被掰弯掉？或者，原来是弯的，能不能被掰直？还是说
，每个人都能弯能直，取决于外界的影响和刺激？
如果说，情况是性倾向天生，后天影响不了。那么，大不了青少年时期觉得LB很cool，

这一年里，我送别了结婚17年相依相伴的老公。
这一年里，我被素不相识的人狠狠伤害过，这一年里，我也被素不相识的好心人深深感
动。

在职期间，如果生病需要较长时间离开岗位，是short term disability。
如果是申请long term disability，就是不能回来上班了。
short term disablity大部分单位都有。
long term disablity看今天的回帖，不少ID的单位没有这项福利。
但是美国的SOCIAL SECURITY是有DISABLE这项的。不单本人有，未成年孩子也有。
像魏延政这样被截肢的，肯定能申请SOCIAL SECURITY。如果本单位没有LONG TERM
DISABILITY的话。 |

要医生说你disable了就可以拿钱，一般医生都会certify的。当然你也可以说我还没
disable，继续上班拿全额工资。
short term disability结束后EDD会再给寄一个表说你现在可以申请paid family
leave了，6周，paid family leave可以自动接在short term disability之后。之后还
有6周non-paid family leave，就是说你可以休假，公司不能因此解雇你。12周的
family leave可以不一次休满，一年内有效。
short term disability和paid family leave都是工资55%，最多1011每周。申请之后
有一周waiting period，也就是说要拿12周的钱得休13周假，第一周没钱。一般可以跟
公司说用病假和vacation来顶。休假过程中也可以用病假和vacation补满工资。 |

后，cpu enable kernel preemption. 所以当A进程spin_lock()后，只有等A的time
slice用完了才会让出CPU。在uniprocessor里，disable kernel preemption和用spin_
lock()效果是一样的，所以它就没用实际的spin_lock()而直接
disable kernel preemption。
这本书我看过，它没有专门说spin_lock()后会disable kernel preemption，只是说在
uniprocessor里会这样。我觉得在multi-processor，spin_lock()也会disable 当前
cpu的 preemption |

又过了几个月contract到期了不再续约了，我理解保险公司应该继续付 long term
disability直到恢复工作能力，或到65岁如果不能恢复。
如果是permanent工作，disable了之后，所在公司A也不可能一直给保持位子。解约后
，保险公司也应该一直付钱直到恢复能力或65岁，这跟是否还在公司A任职没有关系。

坦克装甲后头更容易disable.但并不代表载具弱了.反而,以前disable 就等于"差不多
死定了".如果不马上修,10几秒后就肯定爆炸.但现在disable之后只要不被人继续爆,还
是会自动修复的.所以你也许说载具更容易被disable是削弱了,但我看来这也是让玩载
具的要更依赖步兵掩护自己的背后.而disable不等于差不多死定了,更有机会复活,这可
是大大的增强了.而且现在坦克装甲车也多了好几个主要武器,对付步兵的方法也就多了
. 这应该是增强吧? 而武器来说.枪的挂具多了很多,我现在基本上除了sniper和
shotgun之外的其他枪都解了.4的武器和3最大的不同在于枪的配置的作用大了很多.比
如我提到的手枪.如果一只没装compensator的手枪和装了的手枪,准确度,控制度都提高
很多,基本上是-KD变+KD的转换.不信你试试,一开始啥都没有的时候是挺郁闷的,都是给
人虐,但一旦上手了就很顺手. 而且你用得多了,就会自然知道不同枪的特性.我觉得这

你看了以下。
我从 UBoot 上面去掉了 serial cosole。这个是 dmesg。
时钟初始化是在 12 妙开始, 并不是 Linux 真正启动了 12 妙。
所以走到 systemd 启动也才 3.5 秒钟。注意其中有 USB 硬盘
访问，因为那个 rootfs 是在 USB 上面。仔细看 demsg，去掉
USB 硬盘访问，去掉 SATA 寻找硬盘，去掉 Ethernet 寻找
Link 的时间，剩下初始化应该就在 2 秒钟以内了。这个 3.5
秒钟很多时间是在和 USB storage 的东西相关。你只要
rootfs 不在 USB flash 上面，这些都可以启动的时候不做。
所以 2 秒钟启动应该是可以的，不需要特别多定制。
基本上改改 kernel config 或者启动参数就可以了。
