其实大家看美国的育儿书，很多都是行为规范的养成，所以有很多关于discipline的书
。我觉得discipline很大一部分，就是教孩子做人。比如，要分享，你不是世界的中心
，在学校，要会follow the instructions，要respect authority等等。在reschool，
老师对行为也很注意。
相反，国内，什么样的育儿书受欢迎？培养天才，怎么样让孩子变得聪明。对于
discipline，很多父母其实不知道好的办法，有的沿用祖辈的粗暴办法，有的则走到另
一个极端，给与孩子无限的自由。这样教孩子就叫“管孩子做人”？我觉得国内的教法
，是不教孩子做人比较流行。 |

你想哪方面的？如果是身体健康发育方面的，建议what to expect系列，里面会教你娃
几个月的时候应该会什么了等等。
如果是discipline方面的，可以看看no cry solution系列，包括sleep training, nap
time problem,potty training, discipline for toddler and preschooler等等一些
常见的话题
另外有一本叫1-2-3 magic discipline的书。今天有个育儿专家给我推荐了的，但是我
还没找到。不知道怎么样。网上查了似乎比较老，成书是40年代了。可能有些观念会比
较落后了。
如果是语言方面的，也有基本讲怎么促进的，但是适用于单语环境（我们都是双语的，
似乎实用性不强）目前我还没找到讲双语环境的语言的。
另外可以看看child development的书，系统的了解一下小孩的发育，从身体，到语言
，到情感，思维，智力等等，比如有本叫做discovering child development（好像是
这个名字） |

发帖数: 1580 | 47 2岁以前的教育重在“教”，而教呢，重在大人做给她看。做给他看有两层含义。一层
是以身作则。如果大人不希望小孩太bossy，那么大人平时就要多说好话，不说脏话，
反话等等。行为举止上也要温文尔雅的。另一层就是要show给她看正确的做法，而不只
是唐。
对于2岁以下的小孩不要有任何期望——你不能预设小孩自己懂，而是要预设她的一切
行为在没有经过教化前是本能的反应。比如自我保护的本能——所以有些小孩会不肯
share，会打架等等。作为家长，这时候首先需要理解孩子的行为，然后便是教给她教
化后的东西，是直接的正面的，而不是反面的——比如说“不能打架”之类的，要说“
手是用来吃饭的，不是用来打人的”，“你可以轻轻的摸摸小朋友”，在说的同时，大
人做给她看正确的。
对于2岁以下的小孩，discipline不等于惩罚，不等于让小孩为自己的错事感到耻辱，
discipline等于教育。所以一些激烈的discipline一般不建议用在2岁小孩的身上。像
time out——把小孩单独仍一边让他哭。他非但不会知道自己做错事情了，反而会激发

（－）对楼主的具体建议：
楼主家的晚饭时间可以后退一点。
加大活动量，比如5点到6点半之间让他在playground 多折腾折腾。
不喜欢吃的先吃， 并且父母要做表帅， 至少要显得很ｅｎｊｏｙ；喜欢吃的作为奖
励放在后面；另外吃饭前提醒一下规则，如果不按时吃完，就只能俄肚子， 自然也没
有他喜欢吃的奖励了，然后再提醒一下他上次饿肚子的事情。
只要他进步了，哪怕是只多主动吃了一口， 或者在凳子上多做了一分钟， 都要及时
表扬鼓励
坚持一到两周， 一般就可以了
（二）关于positive discipline
不主张撕书等“破坏性”惩罚方式， 坚决反对体罚， 尤其是不太自信， 或者社交不
大方的孩子。西方教育和管理都将调positive discipline， 是很值得我们学习的。这
一点在孩子身上要想做得好， 做父母要尽可能多从孩子的角度去感受他们。孩子2岁是
觉得是big deal的事情，2岁半的时候可能觉得是nothing.说得可能有点太泛了。
positive discipline 执行起来对父母的要求也很高。读过书，也上过课，在孩子身上

发帖数: 3580 | 49 美国这边教育孩子強調的是 'Discipline with love'。 Discipline，Love, 两者相輔
相承，结合使用，效果才最好。LZ的教育可能是夸大了Discipline 这一方面。
另外，1-3岁小孩有的问题是developmental issue, 是阶段性的，随着年龄变大，会
grow out的。 所以，大人的期望和教育手段要和他的年龄相事宜。否则，拿两岁半的
标准要求两岁的孩子，当然是大人失望，小孩鸡飞狗跳。

昨天我陪儿子睡觉，结果儿子狠推了我一把，说妈妈去上班，要爸爸。我当时气得都快
哭了。就跑出屋子了。现在只要爸爸在家，他就喊要爸爸。
我会跟老公说discipline娃的时候他不能去哄去让步。。。
我还有个问题时宝宝发脾气的时候，我一般的态度是不理他，把他留在那里，是希望他
能学会不要乱发脾气。如果他摔了，我会对他说，摔一下不要紧，男孩子要坚强。他就
会要求爸爸一直抱着。拒绝让妈妈抱。爸爸也确实会一直抱着。是不是刚满三岁我就这
样discipline太早了啊？ 我怕他养成坏毛病，但也不想变成一个cold mom.
是不是应该让我老公discipline啊， 我觉得宠孩子更容易些呢。。
要过多长时间他才能喜欢妈妈呢？三四个月？我觉得度日如年啊。。。 |
