少经常出现bloody mucus)，colored mucus断断续续持续三个多月，被校医院两个医生
当成congestion处理，
然后第三次，上周四又去了一次换了个医生。医生听见肺部有mucus sound, 然后右耳
有轻微的耳鸣。没有其他任何不适，疼痛等。
于是给开了10天的阿莫西林，和mucinex。（针对chest congestion的那款）吃了三天
，发现bloody mucus居然没了。周天晚上，我去游泳了，和之前一样较大运动量。 这
周一开始，就开始感觉shortness of breath， chest discomfort，谈不上痛。
今天仍然有同样的感觉，药还是坚持吃的。 然后我今天试图约那个医生follow up，发
现她只有周四清晨
可以见面。
请问我现在这个condition有没有什么建议？只要在室内我就感觉气短不舒服甚至焦虑
。室外会好很多。晚上回家在家里也感觉适中，没有多大不适。但是自己血压心跳比以前

You can call your insurance company to see if they cover the abortion fee or not, most likely they will not. But the cost is low, only 600 or so.
If you decide to take the step, do it ASAP. It's not painful, only slight

总是哭醒。现在全天只能睡3-5个小时的觉。前两天想用ferber，结果没狠下心。哭了

续了。排除了各种discomfort,看到他哭醒的时候没有痛苦的表情，就是很困想睡，可
怜的看着我要
抱。可是抱睡也一样过不了15分钟的坎。
从出生到现在，宝宝经常哭闹。除了他有点reflux，我也好好反省过，一开始没有给他
建立很好的
routine，月嫂都是抱在手里哄睡着了放crib的，睡眠timing没掌握好导致后来几次
overtired闹
的很厉害。慢慢发展成要cosleep，要抱手里睡熟了才可以高难度的放到床上，到最近
老是醒。从1小时
就醒，发展到现在15分钟就醒。7-8周开始的easy根本没法执行，奶喝得有一顿没一顿。
今天第四天，宝宝上午还是没睡，现在好不容易在ergo里面睡了。妈妈从宝宝出生第一
个月睡4-5小时
一天到现在只能2-3小时一天，还在努力的撑着。。。
妈妈累点可以撑下去，可是看着宝宝的脸瘦下去，真的要崩溃了。。。请教有类似经历
的妈妈们，有什

suppose to take every 6 hrs. e.g. you can take every 12 hours or every
day.

什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

我的早孕反应从第六周开始。当我从网上读到，百分之七、八十的准妈在孕早期会恶心
甚至孕吐并且一般是从第六周开始，我就知道自己难以幸免（老公安慰我，说我的胃口
一向很好，不会中招。可是 …）。我的身高、体重等等都处在正态分布中心位置的正
负一倍方差之内，概率这东西我恐怕很难逆袭。一开始是恶心、干呕、没有胃口，症状
全天都有但是可以忍受，每天只能吃点青菜豆腐。一到做晚饭的时间就被老公赶进卧室
（我说是小黑屋。老公一下班就卷起袖子包揽厨房的一切事情，很给力，赞一个）。一
来避油烟，二来酝酿一下胃口。这段时间喝水也想吐，所以水小口喝，每天喝得不多。
两周后我发现自己开始便秘（当时还不敢太用力，其实没事），而且走两步就喘。血检
的时候发现红血球偏低。除了孕期荷尔蒙飙升的缘故，这些新状况大概也是自己液体摄
入不够，纤维素吃得少，运动量变小，加上食物种类太少、压根没胃口吃肉（很怀念当

从生下来大便就这样：
1。wipe 冲洗过，擦个基本差不多
2。小washcloth，湿过，擦一遍。
3。小washcloth,干的，尽量把屁股pat干。
4。抽掉soiled diaper,把新diaper放下面，5 out 10 times, 晾屁股1分钟，再包上。
现在5周大了，前4周偶尔有些红，勤晾下，用用药膏，也就还好。
可是这周以来，貌似有些狠了，，，不知道是不是婆婆开始积极参与清理，虽然教授了
方法，不知道是不是还是不尽人意的原因。。。
娃一直屎尿较多，一天15个尿布正常，拉屎估计有5-6次的样子。
尿布疹药膏有：A+D, acquphor, triple paste.
大家帮忙看看，这红屁股亮亮的吓人，是不是比较严重的阶段了啊？
目前，洗澡不频繁，我唯一可以想到链接的起因。。。

在诊所里， 经常有家长会说“医生，给我的孩子动手术可以不上麻醉药吗？我的孩子
很配合，手术的时候你们按住他不让他乱动行吗？”家长的心情我可以理解， 但在多
数情况下， 麻醉还是要用。
其实儿童牙科的麻醉分很多种， 不仅仅是大家想像的送到OR的那种。
先来讲一下麻醉的作用。小儿麻醉最基本的可以说是：睡眠+止痛=麻醉。睡眠对小儿手
术非常重要，因为小儿对于手术会有高度的恐惧感，特别是牙科会用到很多工具， 如
果孩子的蛀牙很多， 要拔，做根管， 作冠， 会时间比较长。如果孩子一直在清醒的
状态， 会对他的心理造成极大的恐惧和伤害， 可能以后都会惧怕看牙， 这是我们不
愿意看到的。同时小孩很难耐受疼痛以及术中因固定姿势而造成的不舒服感觉， 如果
不停挣扎的话， 手术操作中万一造成误差， 我想也没有家长愿意这种事情发生。特别

候也容易startle，很多时候unexpected subtle positional change都可以让他们自己
吓倒自己，这都属于正常现象，也不会让他们自己有啥不舒服的。很多家长会担心有癫
痫之类的，which is rare at this age. Gastric reflex也是一个可能，但是那个可
能会更容易引起discomfort，which you will be able to notice。
2. 很可能是passing gas或者stool，which is also very common。新生儿的腹肌力量
很差，而排便之类的都需要abdominal muscle，需要增加腹腔压力。更何况婴儿是躺着
便便的，成人还有重力帮忙呢。让一个大人试着躺着便便也会很困难的。。。。
