想到去年鼻涕得了淋巴癌，也是在打了一针疫苗之后，还好化疗之后治好了。翻出旧文

一个月里掉了四磅，后背上的骨头一根根地支棱出来。一开始是不愿意吃饼干，换了一
种罐头，似乎还吃得不错，这次回来，普通罐头也不爱吃，吃了一点儿就吐，找到一种
据说里面有蔬菜的美食小罐头，看它吃得很高兴，还以为有所好转，可是体重还在掉。
昨天和今天两天，新开的罐头都只吃了两口就没兴趣了，而且行动缓慢，就蹲在窗口一
束阳光下发呆。我们回家的时候也不再像往常一样冲上前来用鼻头乱蹭一气 ，到卧室
里找到他，跟早上一样的姿势缩成一团儿，过了一会儿，步履蹒跚地爬到床底下趴着，
只能看到两只没神的眼睛，盯着面前的地毯。

really cool to have a doctor handy cuz whenever I have a discomfort
somewhere, he can use acupuncture to make it go away immediately. for
example I got a cold one day and can't breathe through my nose, he put
needles on my hands and next to my nose, the sinus went away within seconds,
so freaking cool!! |

Tensed muscles is a major source of dull pain and discomfort. Headache in
most cases is caused by muscle spasm.
Tai Ji, or any traditional exercises stretch muscles. In addition,
concentrating your mind on breath pattern or lower abdomen etc, takes your
mind away from stressful thoughts that in turn reduces muscle tension,
relaxes muscles. When muscles are not in constant contraction, conditions
causing pain are removed. |
