被人认为‘可恶’，这才终于犯了罪。许多罪人，应该称为‘可恶的人’。”“盖天下
的事，往往决计问罪在先，而搜集罪状（普通是十条）在后也。”“譬如，有人觉得一
个人可恶，要给他吃点苦罢，就有这样的法子。倘在广州而又是‘清党’之前，则可以

从日本来说，也面临诸多社会问题。公共债务高企，达到GDP的220%,人均10万美元，是
美国的近三倍；人口老化，经济增长乏力，2011年GDP负增长0.7%。
中国虽然经济增长比日本还是好的多，但是贫富分化也导致社会矛盾尖锐。四万亿，股
市下跌，房价高企，薄王事件。十八大换届在即，邓产党内斗激烈。而且今年事故要比
去年多，无论是北京水灾，特大车祸，还是工地电梯坠落，以及煤矿事故，如果关注一
下报纸，出现的很频繁。这种形势下，政府急需转移公众注意力。
因此，无论日本，中国，都存在操纵媒体以转移国内矛盾的动机。
而媒体操纵的主要技术之一就是distraction，也就是将公众注意力转移到其他事件上
。如何转移？排在第一位的就是煽动爱国主义民族主义。以下部分来自维基关于media

she can still jump up and down in China after special appearance in FLG's TV
station, it appears that FLG did make inroad in the political power fight
in China and that J's influence is diminishing.
