美国医疗保险业中的800 lb gorilla就是medicare。 每年其他保险公司几乎都跟着
medicare physician fee schedule 决定给医生和医疗机构付多少医疗费。问题是
medicare是美国政府的，他要花钱只要印钞票就可以了，budget几乎是个无底洞，所以
medicare一直在借子孙后代的钱。虽然1997年国会的balance of budget act法定限制

represented"真tmd会玩字眼。
找上来2个劳模，2个老黑小本。让他们在lab里实习，给工资，赚简历，发文章也带着
。学生的质量大家也猜得到。结果是3个进了medical school, 一个还是md/phd，一个
劳模女进了一个很好的phd的组。

People are not happy at being cut on entitlements while the prosperity

In a survey taken on an adult entertainment social networking site,
pornographers overwhelmingly supported President Barack Obama over candidate
Mitt Romney.
The poll, taken by XBIZ.net and announced Wednesday, found that of 339
respondents 68 percent favored President Obama versus 13 percent for Romney,
or a margin of about 5 to 1. Nineteen percent responded either "someone
else" or "I don't care."

pricing function for student loan lending. One of the things the bank would
do to meet FDIC is disparate analysis/adjustment. What happened here is
some hispanic/AA schools (i.e. 70%+ total school population) would get lower
bar to get loans and lower rates as well. Banks do this just to avoid
trouble from minority law suits or regulators. |
