且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的

钱、给工作，保证你生活没问题。“分散”，意思就是分散，不仅到各省，省再进一步
把他们安置到各市县。国家给政策：一、这次搬迁一次给钱若干；二、在定居地给住房
一套；三、在定居地安排工作；四、子女受教育从幼儿园到大学毕业都免费。条件：就
是定居当地，每年可以回新疆一个月看看，其实也不用回了，亲人都在内地了；还有就
是子女必须受公立学校教育。他们在新疆的房子就收了（当然他们在内地得到的房子条
件一定要相当或者更好）。国家另规定维族不得在新疆工作，什么工作都不可以。老了
可以回来养老，这个如果也想限制，就规定他们只能在定居地的医院看病。
