从现在伯克利的数字看，雨水的含量都很少，饮水里面的含量应该很低吧，好像不用太
担心吧。 |

solution would be drinking large amount of distill water everyday and avoid

on top of that you can use any emollients or moisturizers (for example
cetaphil) that are not irritating to your skin. but using steroids +
emollients alone won't help.
for vinegar, if your skins are sensitive you need to dilute vinegar with
water or distilled water accordingly. gradually make the vinegar solution
more concentrated along the time when you are adjusting. |
