and operationalized in your research. Since I don't know the details, let

In the corporate world, particularly the old traditional American companies, the people with a Chinese face are still not welcome into the management team. The Americans just hold an inherent distrust of the loyalty of the Chinese. This barrier kept many Chinese people or ABCs from moving up. At the same time, Indians are much more favored. Hollywood is one to blame..
