目前状况：Plantar Fisciitis刚好，也可能没好完。大上周跑个6迈, 有两个大坡，结
果跑完脚跟又疼了好几天。
比赛路线：几乎全部是长长短短的斜坡，我去试跑了一下，很吃力。8分的pace比跑步机上7分的pace难得多，可能腿部力量还是太差。
个人目标：上次跑平路5K, 24:48, 希望这次至少能提高点。
问题
1. 跑上下坡该用什么跑姿？身体前倾？下坡顺其自然跑，似乎对脚跟冲击很大。
2. 按理说我该穿神鞋Nimbus跑坡，但是那个鞋沉，我是不是该豁出去，穿个轻的
freerun跑，反正就5K，应该不会出大问题。
3. 还剩3个星期，临阵磨枪，不亮也光。现在该用个什么计划训练？跑tempo/interval好象还都行，但是实在不敢再去跑hill training了。

博士生为主。结果却是只授硕士学位的，其中两个硕士学位是终极学位，毕业时穿博士
学位服：

但是前者基本上是属于单个denomination的，目标就是培养神职人员；后者隶属于大学
的神学机构，不属于某教派，而且以大学教育型为主，所以还是有区别的。我说的天主
教、新教专门的神学院都是seminary的。Yale是Divinity School吧？所以是那种啥都
有研究的神学院，我查了一下faulty确实好多是研究天主教神学的。
天主教一般叫神父father，新教一般说牧师，不过有些教派都没有牧师，互相只称呼弟
兄姊妹，实际牧师叫长老。 |

性，残存的divine trap在肉体里。
诺斯底派创造说是这样的：一个绝对完美的神造了一个世界，里面的次级的神们又创造
了等而下的世界，耶和华是其中一很低级的堕落的神，因为他是不完美的，他创造的世
界（我们居住的世界）所以是不完美的（听着有道理吧）。没个人肉体里都残留一些从

planned for u, how can he be

agency" is a sham AND all the past,
