，生物，临床，分析等等。没有DMPK背景的人来做formulation研发，不可想象。如果
有雄心壮志，就走formulation，发展空间很大，压力很大。如果仅仅想容易一些混口
饭吃，各种分析倒是不错的选择。没有足够医学各学科的知识和实际经验，想将DMPK做
好也是不容易。
当然如果仅仅是在药厂做现成的formulation. 有college degree加上几年实际经验就
够了 |

Discovery: PK/PD modeling, PBPK, mechanism based PK/PD, systems pharmacology
modeling （通常在DMPK)
Development: PK/PD (pharmacometrics, use NONMEM, R, monolix), PBPK (use
Gastroplus, simcyp) (通常是专门的modeling组或和clinical pharmacology一起）
掌握modeling&simulation理论的话，这些东西基本能融会贯通。当然并不是什么都能
一下就会了，但是至少很容易有个大致理解。
PBPK可以作为进入这个行业的敲门砖，进去了有很多学习机会，可以慢慢积累做各种模
型的机会，也可以转向DMPK rep或者clinical pharmacology.
PBPK目前有毒理和药理两个主要的领域。毒理主要是辅助环境危险度评价，有社会价值

如果想学制药，只建议以下三个方向：
1.分析化学，尤其是生物质谱，药厂对药物分析的需求还是挺大的
2.物化和材料／高分子有交叉的方向，这些和药剂关系很大，药剂算是好找工作的
3.生理，生化加上比较强的数学背景，以后可以搞DMPK和临床药理，也不难找工作
4.生物信息也还行
其他任何方向的化学和生物都是火坑，想去药厂都要抢破头。 |

有几个数据很可怕：
1。整个这个产业的产能过剩40%,开工率完全不足，还有逐渐增加的趋势.
2。上海去年新增后缀为生物医药或者生物化学公司超过4900家。
其实上海的门槛还是比较高的（也没有什么政府投资），很多小地方政府疯狂的吸引这
个方面的海龟(很多是被lay off的bench labor，或者是没有network的老千)回来创业
，前期政府还参与投资个100-200万，基本上就便宜了卖仪器和玻璃设备的。
3。中国FTE的价格的白热战，已经导致严重的低利润，甚至印度公司都举步维艰了。
国内一线的大公司的价格已经降到6万多美金一个人了（从高峰的10万，到后来的8万,
直接下来）根据我的测算，这个价格的利润已经低于15%了。
当年印度公司通过5万美金的FTE拿活的历史已经一去不返了。
可以想见的对美国产业的冲击：
1。bench chemistry，这个方面的job应该不会回到美国了,包括：做库化合物，
building block，med chem.甚至后期的process chem.都不会回来了。

其实在 NIH 搞研究的应该专攻如何控制头发的颜色。比如先确定哪种酶或受体控制头
发的颜色。长白头发无非是那个酶或受体被抑制（或活化）了。像长少白头的，肯定是
那个酶或受体出问题了。和常人一对比就知道靶点了。找一个化学小分子抵抗抑制（或
活化）就大功告成。该小分子需有皮肤渗透性，不用口服。
估计黑头发有一个特殊的小分子，金黄色头发有另一种小分子。当然你要想长出五彩的
头发就一次抹五种不同的小分子（同一头皮重复多次）；或分五次抹五种不同的小分子。
我觉得发明人会暴富。
整个流程也不难，有两个搞生物的，两个搞化学的，一个搞 DMPK 的就齐活。我要是有
钱有闲就一门心思搞这个。找几只白兔做动物实验。再找几个中年大叔或少白头患者做
志愿者。只要别死人（估计不会），FDA 一会儿就批了。实在不行，就用成药去贿赂他
们（或他们的父母）。 |
