然。5W以下基本上是RFIC，大功率的是要用Discrete。但是设计方法上，Discrete是
RFIC设计的子集。有些新的理论很难移植到大功率上用。

请教不敢当，发表一下浅见，请大家指正。现在做管子的基本都要提供model，同时也
会有loadpull。而功放设计师就以此来设计（所以我想去学学modeling，可这需要工作
中学，单看书是远不够的）。基站用的功放因为效率的缘故，普遍使用Doherty结构，
一个Class AB和一个Class C配起来用。Class F以前因为带宽不够未曾普及。但近两年
Continuous Class J/F/F*理论出来后，小功率的如10W以下已经可以做octave
bandwidth，PAE可以保证在70%以上－－只是大功率的还未见有人做出来，与Doherty结
合的也没有做出来，我也只能仿真玩一玩，没有机会用到公司的产品上。至于
nonlinearity，现在DPD越来越成熟，再加上GaN会越来越便宜，配起来用线性就不成问
题了，恐怕前馈式的也要慢慢淡出。 |

据美国中文电视报道，家住麻省的叶诗雯，6岁半开始学习国际象棋，10岁就成为美国
国内顶尖棋手，并获得全美年龄最小国际象棋专家的称号。
目前就读于麻省Doherty中学五年级的叶诗雯，6岁半开始学习国际象棋至今，棋艺已经
超越了拥有超过5万名棋手的美国国际象棋联合会旗下93%的棋手，位于7%的顶尖高手之
内，也是2%的顶尖女选手之一，成为美国国际象棋联合会自1991年有正式记录以来最年
轻的专家级棋手，并多次代表美国国家队出征国际级的大赛，获得殊荣。叶诗雯学习国
际象棋的初衷，只是为了能到学校的象棋俱乐部与小伙伴们玩，但刚一接触她就爱上了
这项活动。
而作为孩子的启蒙老师，一年之内，叶诗雯的父亲已不再是她的对手了。每天放学后，
除了去中文学校学习中文，每天晚上叶诗雯都要回家对着电脑练习下棋，周六的时候父
亲也会陪她到波士顿象棋俱乐部与棋友切磋棋艺。除了下棋，叶诗文的父母亲也鼓励她
参加各种各样的活动，丰富业余生活。
叶诗雯的父亲表示，叶诗雯明年有望创历史记录成为美国史上最年轻的国际象棋大师。
