2008 and after. The Total Applications Certified in 2007 is 85,112. I think
at least half of them are 2007 PD.

Beyond the standard "no greater than 180 days and no less than 30 days prior
to filing" there are no further timeframe requirements. The only sequencing
requirement is that the two Sunday advertisements must be placed on two
different Sundays which may be consecutive.

建筑设计专业，master, EB2,自己找律师,加州，没有被audit和要求补件，公司很积极

2012.9 把材料都给律师了，开始申请
2013.1 等了很久，才收到Prevailing Wage Determination的批准，之后打广告
2013.3 递交PERM
现在http://icert.doleta.gov/看才批到2013.1月，照这个速度，等我批下来也要1年了。
有同时间段申请的筒子们说说我这个正不正常，不然我老怀疑我的律师拖拖拉拉。
还有个问题，如果拿到PERM之后换个律师，有没有什么问题？ |

发帖数: 1788 | 33 材料给律师然后指望5个月能批下来基本上不可能，哪怕是PW和招聘同时搞。
最近几年PERM批下来从来也没低于45天的吧，等半年一年的一大把...
你自己太心急了，这个律师的进度是比较快的，6个月内就递交了。
不知道你那个时候PW要等多久，今年年初我家LD的反正是三个多月。
PERM之后换律师本来也不是什么问题，钱也都是分步收吧。当然公司和律师有合同另说。
