考虑想要小孩了，上周就找了个OB做体检，他说其它都好就是右卵巢好象比较大，看不
太清，让我去医院做transvirginal sonogram with doppler flow。检查后，说我的左
卵巢正常，2cm，而右卵巢确实异常大，10cm! 现在他要联系我的保险公司，准备让我
做MRI，其他就什么也不肯说了，只说现在不能确定什么，不过肯定是治疗，暂时不能
怀孕。我上网查了，发现很少有这么大的，情况好的话就是Cysts，吃药或者手术切除
；糟的话是癌症，卵巢癌的治愈几率极低。
太可怕了。我一向身体健康，没得过重病，尤其是woman health，就没有过什么妇科病
。月经从来很规律正常，没有疼痛或不适，大学里有一次800米测试，我正好来月经，
还咬牙跑了（年轻不懂事啊），之后后腰酸了两天也就没事了。从没想过会出现这种情
况，原本还没想做妇科检查的，只是想看看如果准备要小孩是不是需要补充些什么东西

妊娠4周左右开始流血，去医院看大夫说是先兆流产；妊娠5周多快到6周时（停经8周多
，快9周）去查了hcg，结果是1429 mIU/ml，和下面从网上查到的正常范围比的话至少
低10倍；想请教这个值是否意味着胚胎的发育处于比较不好的状态？

Hcg at one point is not very useful, because the normal range is very wide.
However, hcg should double in every 48-72 hours. The standard management

不知道有没有专门用于听胎儿心跳的版本。

then try to identify the etiology, since some of them are curable or
treatable, run echocardiography (if embolus found, then warfarin) or carotid

no role in the Tx of PE.
pulmonary embolism sounds horrible, actually it is not uncommon though,
while most of the cases shows no symptoms, until a major vessel is blocked.
If you are free of symptom, all you should do is to figure out the source of
the embolus, especially rule out DVT, the most common one, a Doppler may
help with it.

7月份b超是这样的，大家看看像不像恶性? 甲状腺双侧叶及峡部大小形体正常，被膜光
滑，腺体组织回声欠均匀，稍增粗，甲状腺左叶内见多处大小不等低等回声结节，较大
者位于腺体浅层，大小2.4*1.0cm,边界清晰。右叶中部深面似见0.7*0.4等回声结节，
边界欠清晰,CDFI上述结节周边可采集散在血流信号。左颌下见1.7*0.8淋巴结回声，左
颌下见2.1*0.9淋巴结回声。
8月份在国内另一家做的，想看一下那个大的变大没，没想到不同医院仪器不一样，没

我也做过cadiac ultrasound doppler(color)，大医院做的，1400多点总共，保险公司
还价到900多，自己负担10%，就是$90
你的PCP那边copay 20，30之类的当场就两清了，office visit的诊断费应该是全cover的
如果你作了cadiac US之后又去看了specialist，那应该当场把copay也付了，也不用再
付钱了

发帖数: 110 | 44 我是知道怀孕开始就spotting，至少一周一次，但是量不多。所以从知道怀孕开始就尽
量卧床。度过了担心的前三个月。9周B超就说胎盘位置低，比较容易spotting。到三个
月多的时候突然出过一次鲜血，1-2个pad那么多，B超说胎盘撕裂，当晚血就止了，继
续卧床到现在4个月，暂时没有出血，宝宝心跳也一直稳定。好像以前也见过有
spotting到生的妈妈，但是毕竟是少数。
如果MM担心的话，可以买个fetal doppler在家里，担心就听一下。9-10周就能听见了
。否则每日担心对宝宝也不好。 |
